GERALD KIA ROCKS

Service MGR., Dave was very personable & professional in scheduling my service, KIA "recall/repair" issues & extremely expidient in dealing with FORD re:my service agreement. Dave was helpful in recommending which of the 4 uncovered services, I should get now & which could wait. I was also pleasant surprised to get a new Nissan optima as a loner car while repairs were done.

Knowledgeable staff

Brought my car in for Service and technicians were very knowledgeable. Knew from my description Of the sounds I was hearing what the problem was and took Care of it quickly. Staff is very good with knowing who is who when giving information on the car.

Thank Gerald Kia

I arrived to have my oil changed, as well as a couple of other services, and was told that it would be 1.5 hours. I needed to go the the DMG building, about 1/2 mile away. Steve summoned one of the porters to give me a ride, and when I was finished, I walked back to Gerald Kia-thanks for helping me make the most of my time.

stress free purchase

Friendly people, no pressure, and just an overall good experience. Buying a car is a huge purchase for me, and they made it comparable to buying a pair of shoes. Stress free all the way through.
