SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT HERE

Always courteous, helpful and thorough and accommodating. Also, enjoy the great waiting room to help pass the time. My experiences have ALWAYS been very good here......ever since I purchased my vehicle in August 2008.

Great, but very expensive

Good service, knowledgable on repairs, but very very expensive. $120 for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation... Would recommend but would forewarn on price.

2017 KIA Sorento

Quentin was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The dealership was able to locate the car we were looking for with all of the extras we wanted. The negotiating process went well and they almost met the price I was hoping to pay. All in all, I would recommend "Q" and the dealership to friends.

Excellent Salesmanship and attention to detail...

My Salesman, Sam Katz made every effort to satisfy my taste and desire for an upscale automobile despite my situation with a trade-in that was "underwater". This made for difficulty in making a deal where everyone was a "Winner". Excellent salesmanship....

Great salesman

Lyle was attentive to our needs through the long car buying process, he was great. I am already loving my new Kia Sportage and I would recommend Gerald Kia of Naperville to anyone

Good service, pleasant atmosphere

Timely completion of work to be done. Friendly staff. Good explanations given to customers questions. Like that there are a variety of tea choices while waiting for vehicle!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales reps

Up front and honest about pricing and expectations of car buying experience. They were short staffed on the day we bought our car and busy with other sales but the staff literally ran around to make sure we had the best experience.

Best Car Buying experience ever!

We actual didn't intend to buy that day but the stars must have been aligned. Following a car accident where my car was totaled my boyfriend and I were headed to the Cheverolet dealer in the area when I saw a Kia and mentioned that I liked the look of a Soul. We were droping off some items at Goodwill and he googled the closest Kia Dealer and we stoped in. Our sales Consultant, Ervin Memushaj met us in the parking lot. He was courdious and friendly. Not pushy in the least. Long story short I ended up buying from Gerald Kia. Outstanding experience from begining to end and I absolutely LOVE my New Kia!

Best staff and excellent service!

I was able to get a ride home while the work was being done on my car, as it was going to be a few hours. The service and staff are the best at Gerald KIA.

Great service

The people are friendly, clean facility and you get water, coffee and snacks. When I make an appointment I usually do not wait long till my car is done.
