If I could give them a zero rating I would. This place talks a good game to get you inside. I came with my own financing and agreed amount. Can’t even get a hold of someone after deal is complete to get my title. Their office is literally 2X2 and they say they can’t get a hold of the guy who closes all the deals. COMPLETELY THE WRONG PLACE TO COME! They provided tags after the 30 days which left me with expired tags for 2 days! They shouldn’t be in business.

Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I drove over 90 mins to buy a car. Josh was the rudest sale representative I've ever encountered. I told him I wanted to see the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 listed for about $19,000. He unlocked the car for me and as I'm looking at the car he tells me that the car is actually a 2018 and is selling for $28,000. I asked him why they said $19,000 on their website and he got angry and frustrated. I then asked about a 2016 Lexus IS 300 that was listed on their website for $21,999. I asked to see the vehicle. He said the vehicle was in the shop and I could not see it. He then continued to walk inside and said something to his coworkers mocking me or something. They looked at me and laughed. He then sent his Manger to come talk to me about the Lexus. The Manger informed that Lexus was not $21,999. It was actually $28,000. The I've never seen this kind of unprofessional and nasty behavior. False advertising on their website just to bring customer in to waste their time. They were unapologetic about there behavior and continued to have there smart and nasty attitude. AVIOD AT ALL COST! SCAM ARTISTS!!

I wanted to email this dealership but I couldn't and they wouldn't stop calling me while I was working and the one time I was able to pick up no one was on the other end! What's up with that?!

Total scam, stay away from these people. They draw you in with fake adds, then try to sell you something else that is junk. Also they will try and convince you they have it sold, but if you pay more they will give it to you.

They lied and said they had the Car but really didn’t. They have another like it they wanted to bait and switch.

They baited and switched me today. Still have a car listed and “confirmed” by text and email the car was available. Drove 2hrs and what do ya know? Car gone, been sold but there is another one “like it” available. No guys, a 2012 srt and a 2016 SXT are NOT SIMILAR even though they are both RED. I would not suggest carving out any time to visit these guys especially if you have to travel. Very dishonest way of doing business. The guy even laughed after he finally picked up the phone when I called from a different number that I hadn’t texted with them before.

After 10 days and talking with Grace, then Cesar, then German, then finally getting to their sales mgr James Jones, who said he was with them for 18 years even though been in business for only 8 years, took 3 days of my time and never sent me an invoice for the BMW I wanted. The 3rd say he said "you're happy, so you must NOT have gotten the invoice yet". He then told me they add $10K for most customers, but for me he would just add $7K, so I hung up. BBB gives then an F. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I brought a 2011 E550 Mercedes Benz 4Matic back in February of 2022, took the car for a oil change, come to find out, it was $10,000 dollars worth of damage that need to be repaired, remind you, this car was sold to me for $21,000 thousand and it had over a 100.000 miles on it, I would never buy another car from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t understand how you can still be in business. Shady pricing along with poor effort towards customer service. I had to drive the salesman to pick up a car from the shop. In My own car
