I purchased a 2018 Cadillac that soon began experiencing mechanical issues. The vehicle stalled repeatedly, shut off on its own, and became undrivable. When the bank contacted me to check the status of the vehicle, I explained the situation. As a result, the bank declined the deal, citing the dealership's refusal to make the necessary repairs. The dealership took the car back but did not issue a refund. They still owe me $3,000. When I attempted to follow up, the dealership threatened to call the police if I continued contacting them.

People, we had to sue them and got a judgement.
People, we had to sue them and got a judgement. We were screwed by this company but finally got a judgement. We had a harrowing experience and had to sue them. They had their salesmen testify under oath and lied and the judge awarded us our money and more. I can give the details of the lawfirm that helped us if you inbox me. This is America.

The great customer service at Merlex Auto Group is unbeatable! Both Ali and Apollo went above and beyond to make my car buying experience simple and enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The car was nicely detailed when I arrived. I live out of state and it was well worth driving 2 hours to Merlex Auto Group! I highly recommend them to a potential buyer. Thanks for a nice experience & good customer service!

Stay far away from this dealership.
Stay far away from this dealership. The gave me the old fashioned bait and switch. I talked with them for 2 days about a Tesla Model X. Come to find out I was talking to automation and AI. The model x was no where in sight for starters. I asked multiple times about this car over 2 days. They had me drive hour and half in traffic. When I arrived they asked who did I speak to and I told them Grace. Needless to say it’s no Grace in the building at all and things just started piling on after that. They tried to offer me 3 other cars that were no where near the specs of what I wanted from the car online. Apollo was trying his hardest to give me any option car I could for me to get back happy. Even though he didn’t set up the appointment they ALL KNOW they are doing shady business and doing bait and switch practices. I will be looking towards suing over this as they wasted my entire day. I recorded everything so if anyone wants the videos and screen shots to confirm my experience feel free to reach out but I promise this is not the place you want to do business with they are extremely scammy

My sales representative went above and beyond to make my deal go smoothly. However, I did not receive a copy of my sales agreement, and none of my paystubs, driver's license, proof of insurance, or proof of residence were sent to the loan company. So I had to send it all myself. The manager called me yesterday and promised to send the car paperwork, but never sent anything. I am very disappointed; this could have forced me to return the car, and that's not good business.

❌❌❌❌SCAM SCAM SCAM❌❌❌❌ THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BOGUS EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! The 2017 Range Rover was online for about $41,000, which was a really good price!. I got to the dealer, and they added $4,995 to the price for certification. I purchased the car in March of 2023 for about $50,000 including taxes and fees. As part of the deal, they included a 3rd-party extended warranty. Several months later, the vehicle needs a $30,000 engine!!! When we reached out to the warranty company, we were informed that warranty was cancelled by Merlex a few days after the sale! I have made several calls to Merlex, and left several messages with employees who indicated that someone would call me back. Nobody ever does. I am now stuck paying $700 per month for the next 6 years for a car that can't be driven. I have referred the matter to the Virgina State Attorney's Office. I would encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same
