They called me and said the car is ready.

They called me and said the car is ready. Came in and they said its in the body shop fixing it, i had to wait 2 hours in the dealer to hear that from them. They texted and said its in the dealer 5 days later. Came in, they showed me the car for 3mins then let me wait 3 hours just to talk about the number. 3 hours and still cant talk with the guy who can talk bout number. Terrible!!! The internet price was 42k, with all the fees the Manager told me its 54k, $12K added up????????????

No commitment, no discipline

Been speaking to them for 1 week to schedule an appointment. They finally did, and when I went to their dealership, the car I wanted wasnt available. Had to wait 30 mins at dealership just to hear this. I thought these guys are one to practise shady tactics, so I didn't argue. I happen to like another car there, for which I wanted a test drive. And when they agreed to it, they let me drive the car with no plates. I only got to know that once I returned the car that it had no plates. AND to put cherry on the top, they don't have any parking for customers. You'll have to walk atleast 3 blocks to even find any paid parking. Don't mean to be picky, but the price they quote for their cars makes you feel they are a proper dealership. More or less they are live down the alley dealership but with high mileage luxury cars(a receipe for disaster).

They were nice until we walked out the door.

They were nice until we walked out the door. We called the next day to ask a question and they were acting like they never knew us. I now know why they asked us to to write a review that day we bought the vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! The WORST car buying experience we have EVER had!!!!!!!!! The vehicle was nice and I have had several people ask me where I got from. I am quick to tell them DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

A Joke of a place

Biggest joke and scam artists of all time. Its sad that they get people with the scams they imply. For example, the price you see online is nowhere near the price they charge you and when you ask where did this extra 4k come from they say its a fee we charge to make sure our used cars are up to par. Isn't that what an inspection is? and 4k for it? lol took my business else where and you should do the same!

Beware!!! This Dealer is as shady as they come!!

This is the shadiest dealership i’ve ever seen! They are complete SCAMMERS!! They tried to add $5,000 to the sales price! finance manager tried telling me $3,000 was for a 12/month that they add to every car they sell and the other $2,000 was a processing fee! And when i called the Sales person i had been working with he told me something completely different. That the price it was advertised at was the CASH Price if i paid cash and didn’t finance the vehicle. Never in all my days have i ever came across such a shady business. These people are Scammers and try to cheat honest people out of there hard earned money. This place should be shut down! i will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. It worries me that this place has my wife and i personally information. You’ve Been warned!!

Walter was excellent.

Walter was excellent. He's very professional. We found the vehicle we were looking for and he helped us with the whole process in a professional and timely manner. Merlex Auto Group VA is the best place to purchase a vehicle!

So I was look for aa new car for my family and I to use

So I was look for aa new car for my family and I to use on vacation and MERLAX AUTO GRUOP came through for me I got a 2015 Chevy Tahoe bright Red fully loaded my guy Walter took care of me made me feel like family even put gas in my car , all I can say Is wow great service, great deals , great people mostly definitely will be back for more business plus I will tell all my co-worker about this great place 👍🏽

Neither car I was told was available was there.

Neither car I was told was available was there. They had already been sold. They need to be more conscience about updating these sites they advertise on. It wastes people time and gas. BTW..the two cars are still listed as being for sale when they are not.

If you could please provide me with the name of the person who you dealt with and the details so we can investigate what happened and fully study their situation. We cannot promise that when you do arrive the vehicle will still be on the lot. Our website is handled by a third party and I have reported the problem for them to fix it

I have never left a bad review anywhere but this was very unprofessional. Great customer service at first then turns very unprofessional quickly. Julian my salesman. I called him saying I am from California and want to purchase a Lexus they had. I told them I would pay for an inspection to be done at a Lexus dealer as well as give the dealership a deposit while that is being done. He agreed to drive the car to a Lexus dealer to have the Inspection preformed. The morning that was supposed to happen. Julian informed me that he couldn’t make it because forgot about it. I said no worries can we reschedule. He then proceeds to say we are short on staff and there is not an extra dealer tag he can use to drive the car. So his remedy is to tell me “just buy the car then I can use your tags to drive it to the inspection” who buys a car then does the inspection? He also says just buy the car first and if there is any issue we will fix it . So I live in California, I have the car shipped to me then if there is an issue I ship it back to Virginia? Makes a lot of sense right.

Crooks, liars. THEIVES

Lies. Lies, Lies. We drove 3 hours to get there. We were told we were approved. Not pre approved but approved. Put a deposit hold. We were not approved. They lied just to get us there. I had to threaten to call police to get refund. Do not deal with these money hungry crooks and liars. Go elsewhere
