Here is the problem EVERY vehicle for sale in the details section has the following note written at the bottom Special Offer This advertised price is valid from 10:00 AM, Monday, February 13, 2023, for one 24 hour period. at 10 am on the 13th i enquired about a 2019 Mercedes for $31888 i as told it was $40000 out the door , i said quite a jump 33 percent , sales guy said is what it is , so as in the time frame to buy the car please read the details or else

I just bought the most beautiful 2022 Toyota Camry from the Merlex team, overall excellent experience. The car was detailed and ready for test drive upon arrival, the sales staff and service team all worked together to help me get the best tour of the car and learn about all the cool options and mechanics of the engine and transmission. The deal I got was insane, I have never seen a dealer that operates with so many high end cars that are so clean for such great prices, nobody can keep up with these guys they got the best inventory and the best sales. Thanks Walt and Julian, definitely will be a repeat customer for life.

If I could give zero stars it still wouldn’t be low enough. I’ve been talking back and forth with professional and informative people until this last person I spoke with. I made plans to drive up to buy a car they have listed for $16,777. I wanted to confirm the purchase price with fees and taxes included before I drove down from Ohio. Not only was the last person I spoke with rude, condescending and arrogant, he was a jerk. When I gave him my counties tax percentage he told me the out the door price would be almost $25,000! The listing was $16,777. He said they have a $3999 certification fee, a $999 fee for something else, and anyway when I asked him how the price jumped to almost $25,000 he told me “If you’re expecting to pay anything less I’m wasting my time breaking down the price for you” Everything you read about bait and switch on this company is real! I don’t even normally do this, but I used to live in Alexandria and have a fairly decent following on social media from the area of about 35,000 people and am a former professional athlete. I’m about to light this business up and have other influencers do the same. Truly unprofessional and misleading. Even if that was that price I wouldn’t be as upset had it not been for his attitude and tone.

I decided to head out to Merlex this morning to take a look at a gorgeous black on black X6 that they had on their website. As soon as I got to the dealer, I was greeted with kindness and hospitality by JJ and Rand. They immediately treated me like family, and took their time to give me a tour of the vehicle and a thorough test drive to make sure it was running fine. After everything with the vehicle checked out, I went to speak with the managers Walter and Alberto who made the process of purchase smoothly and quickly. They detailed my car, filled up my tank, and gave me the best experience I’ve ever gotten from a dealership. I am beyond grateful for this business for making this possibility of driving off the lot with a beautiful X6 possible.

Got in contact with Julian shortly after the price dropped. Communicates outside of dealer hours!! Very responsive!! Walter gave me the discount I needed to secure the purchase.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle with low mileage. I dealt with the GM, Walter. Initially I showed him a car that I’d settle for but wasn’t in love with. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and most importantly very honest. He asked me what I wanted in a car and I showed him a video of the car I really wanted to see if he could get close to that. Little did I know, for him, it was a phone call away! He was able to find the exact vehicle in my video and made sure that everything was covered at the best price. It looked brand new being a used car and all of the customer service reps handled me very well. I left with a Mercedes certified vehicle that has all of the bells & whistles. The cherry on top is the wash and detail they provide as you are preparing your paper work. They definitely give you the star treatment here!

On 1-28-23 I contacted the dealership early in the morning which I asked to check on a specific auto, I stated " I am not interested in any other auto, and I will be there to purchase that auto in 1 1/2 hours. He told me yes! we have that vehicle on the lot and come and talk to Jessie. When I arrived 1hour and 20 minutes later of course NO auto and get this NO Jessie, first they told me Jessie was working with another buyer, then I was told there is no Jessie here. And of course, they tried to up sale me another auto on the lot. WOW that's great service, I expected a ride not to be taken for a ride. RUN
