Today I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C 300 from merlex auto group. I want to say thank you to JJ, Jason and Walter for the excellent service provided. The other sales representatives were also amazing they made sure I was doing fine that I wasn’t bored, and that everything was well taken care of when it came to waiting for Walter. These gentlemen are very productive fast efficient. Thank you Merlex auto group for the service for the beautiful car and not to mention the bond we created. I will definitely come back for another vehicle.

I bought a Black RC350 today at merlex auto group. I want to thank JJ for helping me out with the test drive, the applications and all nine yards of getting the deal done. They were able to take in my 7 series for a trade and gave me a great number. Walter and pete were excelllent with finalizing th3 deal. Now im just waiting for the car to be detailed so i can go home and enjoy the smooth ride of the RC.THANK YOU MERLEX!! I will see you again soon

I purchased a 2015 Maserati Q4 today Saturday. It’s a busy day Cesar was able to help me out. He give me a good deal and is a young talented salesman. Walter also help me out with signing paperwork and finalizing the deal. I planned on going somewhere else, but this was my first stop and I approve I don’t regret coming here first thank you Merlex to for helping me out I will definitely come back for another purchase.

SHADY!!! I called about the same car on three different days over the course of three weeks. Each time, I was told “someone just put a deposit down on that one today.” Exact line given to me on all three calls. And by the same person. A guy with a heavy Urban accent. This car remains on their website as available. So today, I called for a fourth time and asked about the same car. Again, same dude, same exact story. Do they use a script? This time he added “but we have plenty of Range Rovers you might like. Come look. My suspicion is the listing is a bait tactic to get you to call (price was really great.) I live about 500 miles away so I have no way of validating anything about this dealer, other than I know in my heart of hearts something is going on here and it’s not honest. Why can’t people just be transparent, operate above board and do what’s right. I was ready to pay their asking price for that car. But apparently 4 people have a deposit on it. 😂

Where do I begin all I can say is don’t judge a book by it’s cover, I am single mother that came here with challenging credit these guys got me the best rate and best monthly payment anyone can they play extremely fair and don’t take advantage of anyone they will make sure your satisfied to the max all across the board and Walter he’s an angel he made sure I was taken care of and he also fed me to make sure I was making the right decision and he gave me an offer I could not refuse

SCAM ALERT! They consistently and systematically advertise cars that they sold months ago showing a low price on the add to draw you in, once you are there, they tell you that “the car just sold 10 minutes ago” but they have another one with higher mileage and price you can test drive. The racket goes like this: they advertise say a Mercedes for $40K, say they sell it for $38K. As soon as it sells, they lower the price on the add to $32K. They have another Mercedes waiting with higher miles for $40K, when you walk in after they tell you that they just sold it, they offer the lesser and more expensive car as an alternative. After being fooled a few times by them, I looked at their CARFAX reports on their advertised cars and low and behold: found 3 cars with adds in cars.com that had been purchased (according to the CARFAX report) months ago. They run other rackets with similar tactics like “the car is in service” or “we just found an issue with it and we don’t sell lemons here” but in the end is the same, it is just a scam to get you to buy a more expensive lesser car. They also run scams on upping the price if you don’t use their “sub prime” high commission lending. At the end of the day, if they don’t scam you, they don’t want your business. The positive reviews are 100% them, check out the individuals behind them, it is all new accounts. If you visit this place you can see right away by the party banter and lack of professionalism that this is just a scam operation like an Indian scam call center. You can see by the caliber of people who work there that when they get sent back to jail, they’ll have a “welcome back, we missed you” party. If you read this review and still decide you want to give it a go, do yourself a favor, video record everything so when you are furious later on in the day, you can see that it was very obvious it was just a low level scam operation.

Merlex auto group is top tier! They have the best inventory of lux cars. You name it they have it. I am a return customer and they as last time they treated my husband and I with so much respect. The salesmen that helped us out JJ and Jason are absolutely the best. From the door to putting tags on my brand new 2017 cadillac ESV. Thank you guys so much once again!
