I had a tire warranty.

I had a tire warranty. I called to set up an appointment for service. I showed up on time for the appointment only to find out that there was was no record of me having an appointment an dealership never ordered the tire. So this dealership cost me a day's pay plus a 100 mile round trip for nothing. I will look elsewhere for service next time.

I had planned to take the shuttle home and pick my truck

I had planned to take the shuttle home and pick my truck up later. The service writer told me that it would only take about 45 minutes to service my truck. I decided to stay and it was finished in 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful.
