Over charged me
Took vehicle for routine maintenance and safety inspection. Was told safety inspection is free since I purchased my vehicle there. Went to pick up my vehicle they charged me $20.00 for inspection fee didn't realize it until I got home. Figured the $20.00 was for something they needed to so. Received an email from a rep asking if I want to sell my vehicle back to them inventory shortage. I replied,no, but could she get me my refund of $20.00. Haven't heard back. Not sure to call for a refund seems more like a headache and doubt I get help. First time having issues with them reason for 3 stars.

Worst service experience ever.
They completed work that was not appropriate to the symptoms as reported. As a result, two days later the same issue recurred leaving me stranded in the road. When contacted to correct the problem, was connected to voicemail and to date, no call was returned. When I contacted them back, was told they are busy and don't have time to call back. Also had political propoganda left in my glove box by a tech. When I complained, they denied one of their techs had left it.

Safford Kia service never disappoints!!
Always great service. Our vehicle was ready within a timely manner. John called throughout the morning to keep us updated. They even ran it through the car wash there and vacuumed it out.
