We purchased a second-hand Mercedes SUV. Simon was our sales representative. He was always reachable, very direct and professional. This was an internet purchase. Simon eagerly handled all of our requests. He agreed to meet with a third party inspector. He also swiftly arranged for the car to be shipped to us in NY after the transaction was executed. Avoid Andrew at Westmont location...very deceitful
Scheduled a test drive at a specific time on a specific day with Andrew and he refused to let me test drive the car after I got there. Worst customer service I have ever received at a used car dealer....that’s saying a lot.

A great buying experience.
I found a lightly used SUV, on AutoTrader, that Ultimo had listed for sale. Lots of accurate info and pictures in the ad. I submitted a request for more information, and Andrew responded very promptly to answer my questions. He was very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable process.

Ask for Andrew
Andrew is a good salesman and a good guy. Sold me a nice car and when I had an unexpected mechanical issue arise, he cut me a check for the amount of the repair from my mechanic. Also had a typo on the check from my bank so they got me "preapproved" for an identical loan but didnt run it so that I could leave with the car and overnight a corrected check.

Sold us a Maserati and a Mercedes Benz 10/28/19 check...
Sold us a Maserati and a Mercedes Benz 10/28/19 check engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repaired and we have to go back when the parts come in. I can’t believe they didn’t offer any type of compensation considering the fact they sold us faulty vehicles and we had to UBer back to Indiana on the count of them saying the Maserati would be 1 hour to repair and the Mercedes would be 3. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever experienced.

Not A Happy Customer!

Excellent Service from Sales
Excellent support from Sales from Sam Mohammad from beginning to end. He was in constant contact as this was long distance purchase and provided an accurate description of BMW and also provided photos of interior and exterior upon request. Sam arranged communication between financing and shipping to where all I needed to do was submit signed documents and sit back and await arrival of the vehicle, BMW arrived in just as described condition, and Scott from accounting was just as helpful walking through setting up financing, would definitely recommend, Sam was great and professional and extremely helpful through the process...
