SaM is one of the best salesman in the business

I went to look for a Audi at the Audi dealership and didn’t buy one. I rode past Ultimo motors east and saw a few nice eye catching cars so I spoke with Sam and we cooked up a deal that fit the both of us and we closed it!! Ultimo is one of the best car lots hands down!!!

Proceed with caution!

Hello, so I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Maxima in October 2017. Alan was very professional and personable. Seemed like a nice and honest dude. So I decided to go ahead with the vehicle and I left the lot with 60,000 miles on the Nissan. About two weeks ago, the transmission on my Nissan Maxima with 80,000 miles crapped out. And that's $4,000 I don't have. I completely understand that the dealership owes me nothing and that's the risk of buying used. But I did decide to give Ultimo a call to see if there was anything they could do to help me out, since I had only put 20,000 miles on it since it was sold to me less than two years ago. Plus, still financing the car too. So I could really use any kind of help. I got the run around for about a week, when I finally got through to Alan 9 days after my initial call, and after saying he would talk to his GM and see if there was anything they could do for me, a couple days later I called and he basically told me there was nothing he could do. He offered me a phone number for some trans service place they use and said nothing else. It just felt extremely rude and disrespectful that they didn't even make an effort to try and help me considering they sold me a car that I only drove for 22 months before the transmission gave out. I never write negative reviews about anything, but I couldn't hold this one in. Please, everybody, be very cautious when purchasing a used vehicle. And stay far away from Ultimo because they are simply con-artists making money by any means. Thanks and sorry for the long review.

Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased my car in October 2018 had a problem with it within the 1st week. The staff and general manager took very good care of me making sure that the car was fixed . Unfortunately 8 months later the company that fixed the car did not do their job right and the car needed to be serviced again. When I called village automotive who did the work they would not fix it without charging me and did not backup their one year warranty and guarantee on labor and parts. When I called the general manager (John ) he didn't hesitate to tell me to bring the car in to him and he would take care of it. Again they had the car fixed and could not have treated me better! I would definitely recommend buying a car from ultimo.

Great service!

Dennis was excellent and always prompt in responding via email. I was a bit concerned with buying a car out of state but Dennis made the car buying process extremely pleasant!

great service

I traded in my 2006 Bentley and Andrew my salesman was great. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called out the day before and when I got there it was smooth sailing. My car was waiting on the showroom floor and I’m ecstatic about it. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy a new car

Wonderful purchase

I found myself in the market for a quality used vehicle. I searched for quite sometime, and finally paid a visit to Ultimo Motors in Westmont. I met with Lewis and Brittany, and finally dealt with John Grubbs, the GM at this dealer. All of the folks I had dealings with were interested in my needs and wants in a car, and made the whole experience one of the most enjoyable purchases I have made. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly], which is a something that is tough to come by in a car buying experience. There was an issue with the car I purchased and Mr. Grubbs stood behind his vehicle and corrected the situation. I strongly urge you to visit Ultimo Motors. I know that I will be back to them should I need another car. Again- EVERYONE I spoke with at Ultimo Motors was fantastic. Thanks!

buyer

Totally unacceptable customer service after purchase. We were out of state buyers, told we would receive our tags within 30 days, did not. Were overcharged for the tags and have not received a refund. Were given the wrong remote key entry by our sales professional Andrew and we were told we would be reimbursed the cost of the new one($350) and have not been. We have just been given the run around with no results. Thanks so much.

Terrible customer service

Andrew never bothered to get back to me after I called about a BMW. I called, texted and emailed. I also called the GM John Grubbs and he didn't call me back either. My guess is they sold the car and didn't have the 10 seconds to let me know. This is after I bought a 90k Porsche from them two year ago!
