Purchased a new Outback
I must say that I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my lifetime. This is my first Subaru and by far was the most pleasant experience that I have every had. Our sales person "Ed the Subaru Guy" was very thorough, attentive and most of all knowledgeable. Most salesman in the past basically give you an overview of the vehicle and then tell you to spend the time and read the book. Not Ed, I believe he wrote the book. Subaru; you better keep this guy because he's a gem. You could have the best product out there but what it comes down to is people. Thank You Ed and thank you Subaru.

An excellent buying experience!
I was so impressed by my salesman, Ed Troike. He was very patient and informational-this was extremely important to me as I have not had a new van in many years. In fact everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The service area is notable for its cleanliness and size. I am looking forward to all my future dealings with confidence.

Worth the l-o-n-g drive!
We were very pleased with the service we received from the entire staff at Brilliance Subaru. We had looked at our local dealership and walked away quite upset. The people at Brilliance were friendly, genuine, helpful, and willing to do whatever it took to make our shopping experience a pleasant one. It worked! We purchased a new car from them, and would recommend them to others. We believe it is important for people to look at online reviews of dealerships. We live in a different state and drove almost three hours to visit Brilliance Subaru. Yes, there were dealerships closer to us. However, when looking online at the inventory Brilliance had, in combination with their online reviews, we felt it would be worth the trip, and we were right!

This dealership has a great feel - you don't feel like you are buying a car. My salesperson Cindy Laudermilk was outstanding and made it a lot of fun for me. The finance manager Nate was a ton of fun, and the general manager Jim was really nice. I ordered a WRX and got it way ahead of time. I came here because of the reviews, and I am glad I did. Great people, great cars. Thanks for making it fun as I think I needed that!

Oil Change
Brilliance got me in and out in no time. Not only did they change my oil, they rotated the tires, washed the car and fixed a fuse! Love this dealership.
