My best experience ever buying a new car.

We were in the market for a new Subaru and chose Brilliance Subaru in Elgin on the recommendation of a friend. We made an appointment on the phone with Cindy Laudermilk, and she was ready for us when we came in that evening. It didn't take long to find the perfect Forester for us. Cindy made the process extremely easy. My past experiences with buying a car were not fun, but Cindy and the excellent staff at Brilliance made this a great experience. Cindy took us through all of the features of the car and even made sure that our cell phones were in sync with the bluetooth system in the car before we left. It was a wonderful experience and we love the car. Thanks!

Excellent service, friendly people!

Looking to buy a Subaru, we end up at Brilliance Subaru in Elgin. Cindy Laudermilk was our sales person with a lot of experience and patience answer all our questions, making the process less stressful. We were pleased how Jason Ring help us with the financing . Saved my life..................

Ed Troike (Our sales rep) convinced me, thanks ED. I was hesitant about switching from Honda to Subaru but glad I did! 3 days after our purchase I was off to meet a friend for lunch when, a woman pull out in front of me turning in the same direction I was going and because I had Eyesight on my car came to stop. Man I am sure one of us would have not made it if it wasn't for Ed and my Subaru with Eyesight------ I truly believe it save one of our lives. Thanks to all I can still enjoy our family. bye bye Honda. Love my Subaru. Karl
