Brilliance Subaru

Went in for service and did not have an appointment. I was told it would take about an hour to service my Lagacy. Iin about an hour I was on my way and they even washed the car!

Very nice people & facility. I have always been treated with respect when i have visited the service center.

Brilliance Subaru by far surpasses the other 2 Subaru dealerships in the area. Even though it's not the closest to me, I will continue to go there for all my service needs. Their service staff and customer service are exceptional. You can bet this will be the first place I go when the time comes around for a new vehicle.

Brilliance Subaru employees are always so professional. Their service area is really clean and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. If you wait for the work, they always tell you how long the service will take. I've never had to wait longer. The service writers always look for ways to help you save money on your service. I love being able to schedule service appointments online so I can find a time that fits into my schedule.

Outstanding operation, that being the case this will be my first stop before my next vehicle purchase and service cosiderations

excellent from start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the entire staff and the show room and rest room being very clean. The test drive was a real test drive.

Great place great service. 599 for oem trailer installed is a bit hight but that is on Subaru not the dealership. In and out no worries.
