Good Dealer
Tried going to Gerald Subaru of Naperville first because they were closer, but I found their service sub par and everyone was rude. Decided to try Brilliance after hearing about them on the radio. Walked in, was greeted right away and was helped and treated kindly during the entire process. Bought my first Subaru with the help of Cindy. She was great. Will definitely buy all future Subarus' from here and recommend this dealer over Gerald any day.

Forester, 2015
Both our salespeople, Dan & Cindy, were excellent to work with---no pressure. We really like our car. Two things that were less than excellent: We felt our trade-in was too low; especially since our neighbor called a day later wishing to purchase it and was told the price was double what we were given! Also, paying cash for a vehicle should have some value.

Oil Change and Softwaare Update
They were ready for my car when I arrived and I was out in 45 minutes with an oil change and a software update for Eyesight! Couldn't have been any faster!

1st oil change.
Fast, friendly, and did exactly what I wanted. I also had a talk with a salesperson because the dealership that I bought the car from (Brilliance was not open at the time) did not explain how anything worked on the car. I was very happy with the time and information I received on this visit.

Bought the 2015 Subaru Legacy and I could not be happier with my decision. The salesman, Brett Cassell, was an absolute pleasure to work with and very informative about the Legacy. The facility was very nice as well. I will be recommending this facility and salesman to everyone!
