Great customer service

Took my 2006 wrx in for an oil leak. Oil was leaking from the turbo, they ordered the necessary parts needed. The parts came in very quickly and were installed quickly as well. The service advisor Adam was very quick to call me with any issues they ran into and addressed them right away. I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. If I ever have anymore issues I would defiantly go back there.

Best Experience Buying a Car EVER

My wife and I went to Brilliance after seeing it as we drove by and we were looking for a new car for her. It is always with trepidation that we do this as we have had some not so great experiences with dealers. However, this was the best experience we ever had. Ed Troike was very helpful and made the experience very positive and without pressure. When he had to leave for awhile Brett Cassell to over and was equally as helpful. Ed returned in time to walk us through our new Legacy. I can honestly say that I will recommend these guys to everyone looking for a Subaru. This is our first one and so far we are very impressed. I actually am looking forward to future purchases as we need to replace our vehicles. Great prices, great customer service, just a great overall experience.

Best Car Buying Experience EVER

My wife and I went to Brilliance after seeing it as we drove by and we were looking for a new car for her. Expectations exceeded.

Looking for a vehicle under $10K for our daughter to drive back and forth to college 450 miles away. Spoke to our salesperson Keith on the phone prior and decided to make the 60 mile trip to Elgin. Keith was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in making our choice. Felt like we got a good fair deal. Upon driving home the check engine light came on. Called Keith who turned me over to Jim the GM. Without hesitation he told me to turn around and they would take care of whatever the issue was. They gave me a loaner as well. They fixed a bad O2 sensor and everything is fine. They did the right thing and I can tell you that I don't think that's the exception with this dealer more the rule. If we are ever in the market for another used car or a Subaru in the future we will definitely be back.

friendly and pleasant!

My husband and i had little spare time to sit at a dealership so managed very easily to negotiate a price through email. I spoke with Dan Pagnotta through the whole process and he was very friendly,fair and overall wonderful to work with. Even patient with our 5 yr old daughter through the couple hours we needed to be there. We brought in our car and got a fair price for trade in. Dan made us feel comfortable and respected...unlike other dealerships we have dealt with. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Dan!

best subaru dealer around

I was in the market for a Subaru but had heard nothing but bad things about my local dealers until I came across brilliance. Everyone I met there was nice especially my saleswoman Cindy, She in particular made the whole experience great. I did not have much credit history but they were able to help me work around that and got me the car that I wanted. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealer and I highly recommend it.

New Brilliance dealership is a great place to shop

We were greeted by a salesman that was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and very helpful. My husband designs and builds trucks and buses, so he had some very technical questions; Kevin was able to answer all of them! We have been shopping for a few months. We have found that a sales person represents the dealership and brand and we have left dealerships because of pushy or uniformed salespeople. Also, each person that we encountered in our experience seemed sincere and were helpful. Great overall experience here! The finance gentleman was very helpful, unfortunately, we did not get his card so I'm not able to mention him by name today.

Excellence of a Auto Dealership

My first and all impressions were very positive. Friendly service department, very knowledgeable sales person (Jay Turner) and a professional and up to date facility. I would highly recommend this dealership and the Subaru products for the customer who wants a great car and a reliable dealer. I am very happy with my car and know that if I have a question or a problem, Brilliance will be there for me. I am in sales and am very aware of customer service techniques, and they are extremely good!

Great experiance

I came to brilliance with specific demands on financing a particular car. After being welcomed into their new facility I sat down and got to buisness. With in minuets their salesman gave me the credit app and the finance guy went hard to work to meet my needs. I was not expecting such an easy experiance. Not once did they try to up sell me or offer something I didn't want. The car I was looking for they didn't have on the lot and they located the exact car after two weeks thru a dealer trade. I called daily nagging about the time frame of my car's arrival and this dealer kindly answered every question with positive feedback. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you find the right car. They dont just push you into one that's on their lot if it's not what you're looking for like the experiance I had at Gary Lang.
