Always greeted right away with a friendly smile. I got there early and they took me right away.

Engine light was on. 2020 Jetta with only 26,00 miles. They diagnosed the problem at a cost of $204 and said there was a leak in the purge valve and the cost to replace would be $800 plus tax. Cost of part was $75. I asked if they would deduct the $204. from the $800. and they said no. I have bought 4 VW's from Joseph in the past. Besides my Jetta, my wife has a Tiguan, also bought at Joseph. My warranty expired 2 months prior to this. A purge valve should not go out at 26000 miles. They basically said tough luck, so I'll take my business somewhere else. I thought they cold have worked with me on this. I didn't want a free purge valve but almost $1100. for a car with 26000 miles and 2 months out of warranty. So to repeat, I'm done with Joseph.

Everyone there was great! The power went out while I was on the way to pick up my car but they pushed through it and got all the paperwork done.
