Unexpected purchase

Due to the untimely demise of our 2016 limited Subaru we needed a new one now. Replacing the totaled Subaru with the new 2016 limited was one of the easiest car purchases we've ever done. Thanks Frank

Purchase of Subaru Outback 2013

Valley Subaru is a wonderful business! I bought my first car from here today—initially I was very nervous to purchase my first car...I had little knowledge of vehicles, and was worried of a negative experience. Ryan Mayes, however, completely proved me wrong! He made this process stress-free, and gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable in my service. Valley Subaru is the Best Customer Experience

I reached out to many dealers throughout the state when researching the purchase of my new car. The staff at Valley Subaru provided prompt responses, was courteous, and did not put any pressure on me in making my decisions. I truly have not had a more pleasant car-buying experience. My car was ready for me when they said it would be and they were so accommodating to me and my family while we completed all of the paperwork involved in the purchase. I have received consistent (but not obnoxious!) follow-up and look forward to continuing to use Valley Subaru for my servicing needs and future purchases.

Painless smooth

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They were willing to work with me to make me comfortable with the purchase. I bought an Outback and love it! Everyone we worked with on this sale was super! Sales manager was great!

Drove 2 hrs had appt. car was sold.

Don’t have a very good recommendation of anyone there. We had a appointment set for 10-10:30am the next day to look at a specific vehicle. The next morning I even called the gentleman at 7:30am and told him we were getting ready to leave it takes us over 2 hours to get there. This is my daughters first car of buying herself and putting a chunk of cash down and financing. She was driving and using her gas. So we drove all the way down and get in and set down and the guy Ryan Meyes says I’m sorry but the car is being sold right now they are signing. Well uh could no one call us and say there is someone test driving it they might take it, you decide we thought we would let you know. But no you guys get us down there and then tell us so you can try to SELL us something else because it wasn’t 2 minutes later he come up with something. Not what we wanted. Well needless to say after he picked and picked and moved the price up about $4-5,000 above what she said he kept pushing. She called her dad and started crying and said I don’t care about anything here or anyone. I want to go home and not come back. You have tinged here feelings against buying a car now. She has talked to a lot of people and works at Amazon so wordof mouth and Facebook travels. Just saying.

My First Car Purchase on My Own

I bought my first car on my own recently from Valley Subaru and could not be happier with the experience. As a young woman buying a car on my own, I was a little intimidated at first when I decided to go car shopping by myself. However, the guys at Valley made me feel comfortable and made the experience enjoyable. I feel like I got a good deal on my new Forester and it is obvious by how well they treat you that they don't want just your business but your family and friend's business as well. Josh Smith was an excellent and attentive salesman, going out of his way and staying late to let me test drive and discuss the car buying process. Everything was explained to me well along the way. Charles was great in helping me get a good deal. Highly recommend!
