First-time Subaru buyer

My experience at Valley Subaru has been all I could hope for a car-buying experience--no high pressure sales, friendly and welcoming by everyone as soon as I walked in the door. And Frank Smith is the dream salesperson. He's not only friendly and caring for the customer's needs but he is thoroughly knowledgable of the vehicle and lifts the company and the product up to the highest standards. And even after two days I LOVE MY OUTBACK!! Thanks, Frank!

First Subaru buyer

I had been by to look at cars for about 8 months. I stopped by on a Sunday to look thinking they wouldn’t be open on a Sunday but they were! Matt greeted me and helped me find a forester that I love! Charles worked really hard to get a deal that worked for me and I drove home in my forester in just a couple of hours. Great team to work with!

Valley was a great experience

Can't say enough good things about Valley. When I walked in the door I was greatly with a smile. My husband had been in touch with Kelly and she got a perfect Salesman that would take good care of me and steer me in the right direction of making my purchase Frank Smith.. I got there around 11:40 and spent the full day test driving and I purchased a car the same day. I am pleased with my Subaru and it was a purchase. I know other people that I work with that have gone to Valley. You need a car Valley Subaru is the place to go. All staff are wonderful and willing to help. Vicki Gibbons

USAA Car Buying Service Worked Exactly as Advertised

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.

Fabulous service

Kelly, Frank, and Charlie went out of their way to get me a good deal. They were responsive, thoughtful, helpful, and more. I highly recommend Valley Subaru and the dedicated staff who work there!

2nd Subaru Outback from Valley!!

Just purchased my 2nd Subaru Outback from Valley! Great dealership with knowledgeable, pleasant employees both in sales and service! All my routine service experiences with my first Outback were done efficiently. Frank Smith made the purchase of my 2nd Outback a wonderful experience! Love my new Subaru Outback...it has even more features than my 2011 one!

Dream car

Ryan Mayes was so wonderful throughout the entire process of buying my first brand new car. Very helpful and always answered the phone when I had questions. He was very patient with my dad and the many phone calls he had to make back and forth between myself and my dad. I was able to get a great deal on a brand new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I saw the Crosstrek 2 years ago and knew I wanted it to be my next car. Only day one of owning the Crosstrek and I'm taken back everytime I get in it!

Single dad loves this car

The whole experience here was awesome. I'm a single dad and live a ways away, but the sales associate worked with me over phone, email, and text to select and find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They understood my situation and showed a lot of empathy. They went above and beyond what I could have expected.
