I had scheduled an appointment to have service on my 2020
I had scheduled an appointment to have service on my 2020 suburban. My appointment was for 11:40 in the morning of May 8. I was on time for my appointment and the service rider checked me in, afterwards he told me that he didn’t think they could get to me on that day because they were down to technicians. I asked him if that just happened or could he have called me earlier and told me And naturally he says they’re trying their best. So this morning May 9 he text me and said that they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle today either so I went in to pick it up and spoke with the service manager, she told me that they’re trying their best And I told her that that’s a shame to hear that because their best ends up being worth nothing and I should be able to charge them for leaving my vehicle with them. It’s the worst place to go to expect to get service. When I had dropped my vehicle off on the eighth, we had stopped to look at a 2025 Tahoe Gray And thinking that maybe we would just move up to a new vehicle. That thought is still with me, but I would never do it at Chevrolet of Columbus because they have no service department and I don’t feel like I could count on them again I suppose writing this Review is just a word to the wise before you buy a vehicle from anyone check their service department if there anything like this one, I would be weary.

Pick nail up in Wright tire came in and asked if they could work in repairing it. He said they could in about an hour later we were back on the road.

I typed a negative review yesterday regarding my 2018
I typed a negative review yesterday regarding my 2018 Chevrolet Malibu service at Chevrolet of Columbus and how I felt I was taken advantage of. Finally, 3 weeks later Raymond (who was polite in service) took care of me! He refunded me my diagnostic fee and gave me a free oil change. He went above and beyond to keep my business. I truly appreciate that. He wasn't the one I was upset with but he took it upon himself to resolve the issue. Thank You Raymond!!!

Never bothered to check computer and see that our
Our car was finished and sitting in the parking lot they looked up our name and said it wasn't done Thirty minutes later they told me it finished. Said mechanic never turn in paperwork.

Oil leak problem
Went in with oil leak and they inspected and found the problem and fixed it, plus, they added air to the tires and sent me on my way with no charge. Always courteous and friendly.

Poor service
Poor service and communication. I was out of town when my vehicle broke down. The vehicle was there for three working days and when I picked it up the engine light was still on. Was told I would be contacted and have not heard back, poor customer service.
