Made an appointment to look at a vehicle and was informed when I was getting ready to go look at it that it had been sold out from under me. Would not recommend doing business here.

Worst experience in my life with a dealer. In and out for 3 days. Deal approved on the first day. 2nd day needed more paperwork. Told to be there at for a appointment to sign papers on the 3rd day. Then they backed out of deal when I got there for an error putting in numbers on there end. Told them a certain amount on income and they added it up wrong some how. Then no response after I proved I made what they put down after all our income was added up. So this morning I get text and calls from this dealer. Saying they want to talk to me about my deal. So I call them back. Just to see what he has to say. And it is about my review saying they are just the middle man. And that I lied on my application. Which I never filled out the salesmen did. We told him 1100 every two weeks and 3000 a month got put in on my wife’s income. And she stated she has been in private health care for 2 years. Which is true. Just a different company for more money and he calls us liars and I have bought a vehicle from here before and my wife is from Columbus and has bought several from here. And have had good service. But to bait me to call them back so he can call us liars and say we making things difficult on him. And did appreciate the review.

This was the most stress-free car purchase that I have ever had.The salesforce was so organized that it took less than an hour to complete the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Gave me $6000 less than NADA rough trade in value on a like new, 12,000 mile truck. Turned around and priced it at excellent certified value, which was what it cost new. Sold me a car for $14,000 that books for $8000 just 4 months later. Car immediately had multiple issues. Had a violent shaking at highway speeds the day I bought it because it needed tires. Burns oil like crazy, so much it's uncomfortable to drive, knowing it was a vehicle I'd use to transport my infant child. And now needs brakes as well, just four short months later. I wish I could give zero stars, these guys are con artists.
