Corey worked with us to get us a Chevy Cruze very similar to one we originally wanted but missed out on. Although there were a few “hiccups” along the way, he stuck with us got us the answers we needed very quickly. We were on a time constraint and he was very sensitive to that. Tyler went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience a very good one.

The salesperson that contacted me was willing to pick me up, which was nice. I wasn't able to test drive the car I was interested in. The battery was bad in it. They tried to run my credit even though I told them I had a pledge loan from my bank already. Eventually I was able to drive the car I wanted. I made arrangements to drop off a cashiers check. Suddenly they found something else wrong with it and wouldn't let me gave it at the time I made a trip to get it. They were supposed to contact me about its status, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard a thing. I'm guessing I was buying their bait car. This was a huge waster of time.

I purchased a 2021 Silverado on 3/9/21. We negotiated price for over an hour an half. Reached final agreement which was satisfactory. I was to return to pick up vehicle and sig papers that evening. It took over 1.5 hrs just to get into the finance office to review documents. While I was waiting we looked over truck and found scratch on bed from detail shop. they spent better part of 2 hrs trying to remove scratch and finally agreed that I would have to bring it back, basically they was closing and wanting to go home. I waited two weeks to get the truck back in and they leave the truck sit for days without fixing the scratch. Then they decide it needs to go to body shop which they don't have on site. So the truck sat all weekend and Monday the body shop calls and has it completed. In addition they never filled the gas tank like most places do and they said they do. Even when bringing it back for repair they forgot to fill up. They work hard to get you in the door but after that the service and follow is poor.
