Jeff was very committed to answer all of my inquiries about the car I was interested in. He demoed the driving experience for me as I am new to the on the steering wheel shifter thing. The car was in great visual appearance and they even washed and waxed it for me. The staff was extremely nice and they all made sure I was comfortable during my visit. There was no pressure to buy anything but reassurance of the quality of their autos that made me buy one from them instead of a competitor. If you're looking for a great sales experience ask for Jeff. He will take care of you from start to finish.

On Saturday, my husband and I went looking for an SUV to replace my 12 year old sedan. We mapped out a few dealerships from Auto-trader and this was the first stop on the list. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly salesman named Jeff. Like most car salesman, he was eager to help, but he wasn't pushy or trying to up-sell us above our budget. I test drove a GMC Terrain and we decided to begin the purchasing process. After we talked over the numbers, we were approved for financing within minutes. We met with Mike and very nice woman he was training in the finance department, signed our contract, paid our down payment, and away we went. We were given a great car at an awesome price. The entire staff from beginning to end were courteous and efficient with our time and money. Buying a car is usually a huge headache but this was a complete turn around of that. We have already decided when it's time for my husband to get another car we will be purchasing from Gravity Autos. Thank you all so much!!!

Ryan Daryton is an amazing car salesman and the reason I say that is because I'm a buyer that researches and sticks to a certain plan of action when it comes my power to purchase. And I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I was looking for, and Ryan was able to not like most salesman, and try to sale me something I already know about. We test drove the Lexus GS 300 that I came to the dealership for, made if easy and comfortable. We went back in sat down to do the paper work for the car. And with a few in a few moments he had an approval from a lender for us. We didn't like the payment, or down payment asked for by the bank. But Ryan didn't stop there he got Mike Suyunov involved and together, before i was just about to leave because we didn't think they could work the payments the way we wanted. They came back and continued to work so diligently on our behalf. So if your looking for an amazing sales, thats not going to sell you. I would highly recommend Ryan Drayton!!

I found a car listing through iseecars.com. However, I was hesitant because the dealership is in Georgia and I am in Virginia -- and I'm also a lawyer. But I gave it a shot. Not only did I get an awesome used vehicle, but the price still has not been beat. They were very upfront with any possible issues and made it easy to work with them. My wife and I drove 360 miles to Sandy Springs, GA to buy a used convertible from Gravity Auto that we saw on line. The car was in great condition and was just as advertised, however in the end, it didn't fit our needs. While there, we looked around and we saw another convertible (2007) that had just come in and was not ready to be sold. We loved it immediately. Because we had come so far the Sales Manager gave us a good price and promised to inspect the vehicle and fix anything that needed attention. We put down a deposit and left. When I went back several days later to pick up the car it was immaculate. I looked over the vehicle and I was satisfied with the condition of the car, inside and out. They fixed every little thing I asked for. The Manager had told me that he would not let the vehicle leave the lot until I was satisfied. I was. I drove the vehicle 360 miles home and it purred like a kitten, everything worked and I am completely satisfied. We enjoyed working with the friendly sales team and with Mike, the Finance Director who did a great job. Thanks to everyone.

A few things about this experience set it apart from my visits to other dealerships: 1) Ryan and Mike listened to what I was looking for, instead of telling me what I needed, 2) they offered valuable information about the car and the car-buying process that I will use in the future, and 3) the amount of time it took from beginning to end was exactly what they said it would be. I didn't sit in an office for hours on end only to end up with a car I didn't want. We have another aging car in the family and we will definitely seek out this dealership when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle.

I must say, I have never dealt with more professional sales representatives in my life Ryan Drayton Bryan Mcfarland were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me during the entire process. I purchased the 2011 Jaguar XJ and I love it. I even got a rate reduction after some negotiation by Brian and the financial institution, I guess you have they type of relationship when you've been in the car business as long as Brian has, you establish relationships.
