Wendy & Clay in the service department are awesome!

Wendy & Clay in the service department are awesome! They were able to fix my key fob on the spot, and saved me $300 because I didn't have to replace it. They were quick and happy to help, and my key fob works just fine now!

The epitome of “bait and switch”.

The epitome of “bait and switch”. Offered a price on my vehicle and blamed the valuation on Cargurus, a service they pay for. They said they cancelled their service. In checking with Cargurus this is NOT true. A terrible dealership that gives all Dealerships a bad name.

This is the epitome of why Consumers Hate Car

This is the epitome of why Consumers Hate Car Dealerships. Bait and switch. Getting Consumer onto their lot and blaming “CarGurus” for a high offer…. yet stating my trade in was perfect. Blaming a third party, which you pay for, is inexcusable! They told me they cancelled CarGurus. I found this to be a LIE. Rairdons IS still a paying customer. Do better Honda of Sumner.

Don’t buy a used car from this dealership.

Don’t buy a used car from this dealership. The first “certified” car I looked at had several parts missing off it. I should have left at that point. I ended up purchasing a “certified” Honda Accord that evening. The next morning I noticed the windshield was broken. It was checked off as good on the certified inspection. After two weeks of constantly having to follow up when I got no returned calls or emails they replaced the windshield. A week later I opened the truck and the spare tire well was completely filled with water. After an inspection by another dealer it was pointed out the car was in a major accident and the entire passenger rear portion of the car was cut out and replaced. There was water leaking in past body seams that weren’t properly sealed. I called and asked if they would at least participate in the repair and I was completely blown with no returned calls. Their service department is excellent but I wouldn’t buy another car from here if my life depended on it.

Rairdon Honda of Sumner has been nothing but fantastic. Their customer service and technicians are friendly. They go above and beyond for any of your vehicle needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have their vehicle serviced.

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.

DO NOT use this business for any reason.

DO NOT use this business for any reason. I sold them my Honda CRV in December. I was supposed to get a check in 2 days after the sale. After having the car for a week they discovered a problem that THEIR SERVICE DEPT fixed 2 weeks prior. They refused to pay me the agreed upon sales price. They then tried to LOW BALL me with a much lower price. I filed a smalls claims court case. They then paid me what I was owed but it took over 2 weeks for this to happen. I never got an apology or a refund for not fixing the car in the first place even though they told me it was repaired. Their service dept is terrible, their sales department is deplorable and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO THERE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We have recently moved to the area and used Rairdon's Honda of Sumner twice so far. The service is excellent and very personable for reasonable prices. Clay was very helpful trying to resolve an issue with my aging car. Thank you!
