I wanted to give a shout out to Adam Aride, the service advisor, and Mike Riggins, in the service department. They both were very helpful from start to finish , when I brought my car in for repair. They were outstanding!

Sales guys were nice.
Sales guys were nice. Sale manager, Michael... He was nice but "slick". Tried to buy a $10k car, handed me a $20k invoice... Thousands of dollars in optional items - on a $10k car?!? Told him I didn't want them. He removed everything except Lojack, told him I didn't want lojack so he adjusted the estimated license fee (which is the stupidest thing since I'd get that back anyways) and left lojack on the invoice... I just left after that. Michael don't be stupid.

Wiper sprayer not working.
Wiper sprayer not working. My 83 mom took her car in to Sumner Honda and was told she needed a full diagnostic...are you kidding me? You can stand next to the car and see they don't work. No diagnostic test is going to tell you anything about a plugged line. Needless to say she paid $230 for nothing and received a list worth $2500 of things she needed to fix. Like heck! I will replace air filters, battery and tires myself. She JUST had an oil change 3 months ago and all of this should have been checked. Way to take advantage of an old woman. Thankfully she knows to check with me before she trusts a dealer. Next time I will bring it in and likely to a DIFFERENT DEALER!

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new CRV-EXL.
My wife and I recently purchased a brand new CRV-EXL. About two weeks after buying the car we notice a crack in the upper passenger side windshield, the crack is on the inside. It is an obvious factory defect. I took it to the service department and was told glass and windshields are not covered by the new car warranty.! When I protested I was told that they would talk to the Honda Rep to see what could be done. After waiting almost two weeks I called again and was told they would not pay for repair. I was given the phone number of Honda and ask them for help with this. I did so and was told the same thing that they would not disagree with the dealer nor the honda rep. Bottom line we are out the cost of a new windshield! This dealership claims that customer care is their highest priority. Don’t believe it! My advice is do not buy any car from this dealership! I would be cautious even buying any Honda!

I purchased a car from them a year and a half ago.
I purchased a car from them a year and a half ago. A Honda Accord sport, My car went into Catastrophic failure. I needed a new head gasket, fuel injectors, water pump and turbo which added up to almost $10,000 On a new car. Nothing was covered, contacted Honda America to see if they would help with a Goodwill warranty, they did not. The car went to catastrophic failure with Absolutely no fault on my end per their Mechanic and other mechanics I spoke too. If I didn't still owe $18,000 on the car, I would've walked away and taken a loss. They don't make Hondas like they used to and these guys sell complete junk cars. Do not buy from them!! You will be sorry!! They made it where I was in a rock and a hard place. Now I have a car, that I can't drive because God forbid it gets in an accident, I will take an even bigger loss.. This company is the worst!!

They're great up until you buy the car, then it's radio
They're great up until you buy the car, then it's radio silence. I pointed out that they had our address wrong on the paperwork multiple times and they still couldn't get it right. This led to not receiving proper paperwork in the mail to set up payment for our financing. When I reached out to get it sorted they did the absolute bare minimum and acted like I was a nuisance for asking them to do their job. Not to mention how they give you the runaround with their "finance department" and make a transaction that should take an hour tops, take the entire day. Low-balled on trade and swindled into buying extra packages as well, that's on me for falling for it, though. It's par for the course when it comes to car dealerships, I guess. Salesmen really have no soul and no empathy, but I guess that's their job. Sociopathic tendencies must be a prerequisite when applying for a sales job.

My wife just bought her first new car at the age of 70.
My wife just bought her first new car at the age of 70. We found an ad at Rairdon Honda that was just what we wanted, car and price. So I called and Chris answered the phone, I told him about the ad , asked if they still had the car and if they would honor the internet price, he said of course. We drove over the next morning, met with Chris, purchased the Honda CR-V EX-L with no hassle. Chris was great and it was nice to deal with a dealership that treats their customers right! If their was a score higher than 5, I would give it to Chris and the Rairdon Honda of Sumner!

Scheduled time to pick up car I was purchasing, Sales
Scheduled time to pick up car I was purchasing, Sales manager told me they opened at 8:30 , same as website and door indicated. I was there before 8:30 and a no out 8:35 some employees came in. I asked for manager who made appointment and they told me she was off that day ant told me they didn’t open until 9:00, even though manager, door sign and website said 8:30. Manager dint tell anyone I was coming in either so no one knew what was going on and the B papers and car weren’t ready as she told me they would. Then I waited almost 2 hours to get papers come on a cash sale. This was after they switched the price on the car on the paperwork after they approved a price on the car and told me the offer the salesman had proposed and we had agreed on. Then I took the car after I signed their repair order of checking out the car and all tires had 23PSI, not the 33/35 on the car door plate. Lots of incompetent, apathetic employees.

Slimey high pressure car salesman here.
Slimey high pressure car salesman here. Trying to get me to finance when I had cash for a used Pilot. The sales "Manager" wouldn't even give me the time of day. Just rude and unprofessional. I ended up buying a Pilot from Lexus of Bellevue. You're welcomed there, the manager and owner came out to meet us cordially and I paid what I wanted to pay, with cash! No hustle shuffle, no weird fees and a Lexus warranty out the door. Avoid this Honda Dealer if you can. What's shocking is I've had great experiences with Rairdon up until this dealership.
