Oil change

Waited 2hours for an oil change when they told me it would take 1 hour and car didn't get the car wash they promised .

Scamming your clients

The service department here is a joke. They just told my husband, when he dropped our honda off for the oil change, " if you don't get the service done here it will VOID the warranty " our car is NEW has less than 18,000 and he is telling me we need to change the fuel injectors. SERIOUSLY Shane Fitsimmons. Thank you for taking advantage of a disabled vet, thank you for making sure we NEVER purchase another vehicle from that dealership....which by the way, we have purchased 2 already. Then told us that tire rotation is NOW A FEE .... so the $50,000 I that we spent on the car wasn't enough. Trying to scam your clients now a days is not smart....all of the platforms available....oh no, this old lady knows how to do that too.

Honda Civic 2017

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he got me in and out for an oil change in about 30 minutes at the end of the day. He was super professional, kind and respectful. Great service as usual at Jay Lee Honda!!

Leased a new car yesterday!

I just purchased a vehicle and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I received from Anna. She worked very hard to get me a respectable deal and was very genuine through out the process. So happy I ended up working with her. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had when buying a car. Thanks again Anna!!

The service was prompt and the staff pleasant the waiting area was kept clean and tidy the only complaint I might have is how many follow up emails you receive

Oil Change

The waiting area was very cold. There was no coffee was offered while I was waiting. I kept being passed off to different clerks during the visit.

Great Service All Around

I was greeted by Tristen who explained the service and duration of my wait time. I was led to a really nice waiting area where I was able to work while I waited. I had an oil change under my 7 years of free oil changes for new car purchased in June of this year. I really am thankful I chose this place for my car!

Worth the Trip

Sales people, Janice and Austin were terrific. Enthusiastic and professional at the same time. Austin went to bat for me and my Son, to help us get the car we really wanted. Thanks to the whole Sales Staff who made us feel welcome.

Trany flush

Transmission blow up after it was serviced and they refused to fix it nor did they inspect the car when they were done. Erain service mangers was very unperphinale an rude its crazy how rude he was
