I got in touch with this dealership online to ask about a...

I got in touch with this dealership online to ask about a car they had. I live in the other side of the state, so I was hoping to get some photos and videos of the car before proceeding with anything. After some very awkward back and forth between texting, email, and two different people, I was finally able to ask someone for the photos and video. After I asked I didn’t hear anything. It’s been two days and I still haven’t gotten a response. I can’t speak for their on the ground service, but trying to do anything online with them was awful.

Oil change

2 hours for an oil change. Upselling brake fluid and tranny fluid change for 500.00 didnt wash the car. Service guy was very nice however he was robotic

Preventative maintenance fixing voice recognitions

Thank you Michael. Excellent service and communication. Oil change, check up and adjustment of voice recognition. Very much appreciate explanations of repairS and service. Highly recommend

The Gallions

Great experience! Sales staff was knowledgeable. Good inventory to choose from. Finance was fast and easy. Probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

Cameron was wonderful she took good care of me things were done promptly and efficiently they took good care of my car and did all that was needed

I have bout 3 cars from here! My first two were a nightmare and the person I dealt with wasn’t very friendly! I contacted the financing department to see about refinancing so I didn’t have to go many of places to try and find someone and spoke with Michelle I believed is her name! She was polite friendly and understanding of my wants and needs! She asked what brought me back to them and I let her know my story and she wanted to thank me for giving them a second chance! I am glad I gave her the chance as she exceeded all expectations and my service went from fair to great!

Petty

Got the oil change and also needed tire rotation at the same visit. I found it petty that Rairdon charged to rotate tires. Really? Just sayin. Les schwab will repair a flat for free even if you purchase nothing from them. Buy a new car from Rairdon and get charged for tire rotation????? Then was informed to look at my contract to see if transmission fluid change was included when it was due. Say what? Guess I need to find my contract to see if I was duped when the salesman stated all services were covered for the life of the car. Thats what we get for assuming when someone states everythings and then the service department says go look at your contract to prove to us it's supposed to be covered. I thought that's what computers were for. So Rairdon could actually check to see if we bought service coverage to include fluid changes besides oil. Instead we have to prove we did on our $48,000 dollar vehicle. But seriously we have to pay for tire rotations? How petty and penny pinching is that

Happy customer

I worked with Jamie who was very patient with my indecisive self. I came to the dealer not really knowing what I wanted and Jamie explained the different packages and different models available. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend her to anyone! Domonick the finance manager was also super helpful and made sure I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Overall great experience and awesome customer service.

Car service

Kamryn was very nice, professional and pleasant to work with. She explained everything, offered a rental car so I wouldn’t have to wait. Gave me estimate on when car would be ready and was spot on.
