Be Aware Before Entering

Inquired about a car and asked if I could test drive with Lenny. Lenny was very enthusiastic. However, on the day of my test drive, Lenny seemed to be out and I received a test drive instead from individuals that didn’t introduce themselves (a manager in the office and a female associate who was working at one the desks). We test drove a lovely vehicle (vehicle had no gas and tire was flat) and were prepared to purchase it, however we received quite the rug pull. While test driving the car, the associate informed us the vehicle was $6000 more than what was was listed on their website. I show them their websites listed price and they proceed to go to the back office and come up with a price that was now $4000 more than what was listed. They tell us the extra 4000 is due to not only taxes, title, and fees, but also the state inspections, which they claim they do for $1995. At this point we knew something was wrong as a state inspection in Maryland cost $80-$100, not almost $2,000. At this point, we decided to leave and not follow thru with the purchase. If they had mistakenly priced a vehicle on their website, would have appreciated them telling us that much more than them taking us thru that song and dance. Make sure you are informed before coming here, they expect you to not be.

Loving the new Malibu!

Niani was great with me getting my new vehicle and Sebastian has great service for getting my car serviced! Good place for all the cars!

Great service and there work space is very clean.

I can to national auto of waldorf to purchase a car and there customer service is excellent. Walked in the door and was greeted very quickly and nicely. The process of purchasing my car was quick and easy.

Great Service

Marvin the manager was great! He was very kind and professional. Car buying is a long process, but Marvin made sure things moved quickly as well as making sure i was comfortable.

Great pleace and very good sellers

Great cars and amazing customer service! Very friendly atmosphere. I've looked at several cars and theirs were by far the nicest. Great prices! I will recommend National Auto of Waldorf to all my friends and family.

Horrible Experience

1. They give you the run around. 2. The truck we purchased did not have an antenna, on the paper work we have an “ I owe you.” 3. We waited a few months. They never ordered it so we purchased it ourselves. We asked if we could get reimbursed they refused. 4. I am seeking action. 5. i will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone. They are horrible.

Take Your Business Elsewhere

Worst car experience I've ever had. They don't tell you the price of the vehicle upfront so you get a surprise when everything is calculated. They claimed that they inspected the car, but when we discovered that the car was full of problems! The financing was terrible as well as they completely messed up the paperwork and as a result, we had to pay a significant amount of money to get it sorted out. The customer service was incompetant and unreliable. We made simple request that was ignored after they assured us several times they would address it. I will never come back here and don't even bother wasting your time here.

Bad dealership

I bought a Nissan Rogue 2018 last January. Two days after I bought the car motor light came on . Took it back said it was gas cap . Had it serviced at Myers 3 times so far ! This time they said sub frame was replaced looked like it was in accident before. This time costing me a lot of money right axel and difrential and transmission is gone . I only put 22,000 miles barely drove the car . There telling me to have car serviced . I’ve had the car serviced so much. That’s there excuse. They are buying cars from auction fixing them and selling them unfortunately I was one who got taken .

go see chase

Chase was great! she was very kind and professional. Car buying is a long process, but Chase made sure she moved quickly as well as making sure i was comfortable and offered snacks. Overall she made my car buying process smooth and stress free.
