FRAUDULENTLY sold the car with body damage $5,000+

FRAUD is what comes to mind at this dealership... DO NOT BUY FROM NATIONAL AUTO OF WALDORF!!!! They knew the car they sold me had major quarter panel damage to the car and sold it as clean 1 owner and no accidents... repairs are $5,000+ Take your hard earned money elsewhere to purchase a car because this place operates a shady business.

Tyja was outstanding!

Tyja was outstanding! He hooked us up! Walked out with a smile and feeling great. He was very professional and courteous. Took his time, let me know everything needed and once we arrived had our Challenger gassed up, cleaned and ready to go! I plan on going back to trade in my older vehicle, he will definitely be my guy! 10 out of 10! And the manager who worked my numbers, can’t remember his name brown skin with the bald head, excellent! Go check them out!

The car I was financed for was a LEMON, Don't Buy

Buyer Beware All The CARS FROM THIS PLACE ARE LEMONS, RUN I'M STUCK WITH MY CAR 1/20/22 ONLY Drove 1 MONTH, DON'T BUY PLEASE! RUN

WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!

It’s was a terrible experience. My sales person no longer works there so I had to work with Ron who calm to be the manager and is not! I told them I heard and felt clicking on the gas petal and they said oh that’s minor and we will fix it. It took them 2wks to look at the car then another 2wks to fix the car. I got the car back and the problem was not fixed. Ron never returned my call so the problem has not been fixed. I then called the Audi dealer where they claimed to get the parts from. I gave them my vin# to find out that the previous owner had the car service there. I also learned that the last recorded miles at the Audi dealer said the truck had 36,000 on the truck in 2019. I brought the truck in Feb 2022 and they sold it to me with 32,000 miles. So who is that. Ron also told me that my issues was not important enough to speak with the owner. I ask to speak with her the day I called to see when they were going to be finish working on my car. DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE GETTING WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE PAYING FOR!

Be Aware Before Entering

Inquired about a car and asked if I could test drive with Lenny. Lenny was very enthusiastic. However, on the day of my test drive, Lenny seemed to be out and I received a test drive instead from individuals that didn’t introduce themselves (a manager in the office and a female associate who was working at one the desks). We test drove a lovely vehicle (vehicle had no gas and tire was flat) and were prepared to purchase it, however we received quite the rug pull. While test driving the car, the associate informed us the vehicle was $6000 more than what was was listed on their website. I show them their websites listed price and they proceed to go to the back office and come up with a price that was now $4000 more than what was listed. They tell us the extra 4000 is due to not only taxes, title, and fees, but also the state inspections, which they claim they do for $1995. At this point we knew something was wrong as a state inspection in Maryland cost $80-$100, not almost $2,000. At this point, we decided to leave and not follow thru with the purchase. If they had mistakenly priced a vehicle on their website, would have appreciated them telling us that much more than them taking us thru that song and dance. Make sure you are informed before coming here, they expect you to not be.

Great service and there work space is very clean.

I can to national auto of waldorf to purchase a car and there customer service is excellent. Walked in the door and was greeted very quickly and nicely. The process of purchasing my car was quick and easy.
