O MG THIS IS THE WOREST, I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY GOING THERE AND DRIVING OFF THERE LOT, WELL THE SALESPERSON ALEX HAS NOT RETURN MY CALLS , IT BEEN PASS A WEEK , I ASK HIM TO GET ME A PRINT OUT ON THE OIL CHANGE ETC, ALSO I INFORM THE CAR NEED TIRES,ROVERS, AND SENOR , NOW I AM DEALING WITH HIS MANGER RON THAT INFORM HE IS GOING TO HELP , I KNOW I CAN NOT GIVE THE CAR BACK,BUT I DONOT WANT TO BE AFAIRED TO DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE THINGS NEED TO BE FIX , I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE , ALL I ASK THAT SOME PLEASE RETURN CALL , LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THE CAR , IT'S BEEN 10XDAYS , I GUESS THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE 30XDAYS TO RUN OUT SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FIX THE CAR, YOU REALLY NEED SOME ONE TO CHECK THE CARS OUT BEFORE THEY LEAVE YOUR PARKING LOT THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE , I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITHA NEW CAR , I WOULD BE IF THE TIRES ROVERS, SENOR WAS DONE ... NOT GOOD , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UNLESS THINGS CHANGE FOR BETTER

The young salesman was very nice and helpful. When it came down to do numbers they added a 3 thousand dollar up charge for “recertification” that basically covered nothing. They just false advertise and add ridiculous fees for nothing.

Online ad was totally misleading FALSE ADVERTISING Lenny helped me he was cool.Test drive was cool. When it came time to negotiate they added 4-5k for taxes title and extra fees for some reason not sure why tax and title cost 4-5k extra but I wouldn’t trust the online ad prices very misleading. Ron was the one I talked to for pricing and it was terrible from 31.5k to 36k in person makes no sense.I’d rather take my money somewhere with honest pricing and reasonable negotiation. Don’t trust Ron. False advertising at its best.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANY CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE . AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT. BETTER YET JUST MOVE ON.

Jerry baugh sales person was excellent no hassle we told him what we wanted and we purchased vehicle will return if we ever need another vehicle

This place does not stand by their words or vehicles. They glued together the exhaust system, they used zip ties on the engine plates instead of bolts. They said they re did the breaks and they had not. Every bolt was either stripped of rusted. The list goes on and on. Then they work work with us to correct any of the things that said they were going to fix. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. 5k later and we have no recourse due to MD laws. Don't trust the owners or Ben they are liars and talk outside of both sides of their mouth. Basically the double talk you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I bought a truck thats was a lemon 🍋. I call them 7 days after I got it told them I did not like it and wanted my money back they said give them a chance to make it right. I did and still was not right. I told them im bring the truck back they got the truck and I did not receive my down payment back. Everyone please don't get anything from them they are no good

This review is about the dishonesty of the dealership. They tell you one price about the vehicle and when it comes to purchasing the vehicle it’s another, be aware of the recondition fee $995 and delivery processing fee of $500 total of $1495. This is added to the price of the vehicle plus tax and tags. Why should you the customer eat that? Not Fare just beware..The manager would not budge so I’m taking my dollars else where.

Rodney the Sales Consultant and Mike Finance Manager made this purchase worth while. They did everything they said they would do and they got me an incredible APR rate; as well as, the car I was looking for. I cannot thank them enough because I need a car badly since my child wrecked my old one. National Motors is my dealership of choice and I will definitely do business with them again.
