Chase was great! she was very kind and professional. Car buying is a long process, but Chase made sure she moved quickly as well as making sure i was comfortable and offered snacks. Overall she made my car buying process smooth and stress free.

False advertising, random pricey charges

The young salesman was very nice and helpful. When it came down to do numbers they added a 3 thousand dollar up charge for “recertification” that basically covered nothing. They just false advertise and add ridiculous fees for nothing.

FALSE ADVERTISING SCAM

Online ad was totally misleading FALSE ADVERTISING Lenny helped me he was cool.Test drive was cool. When it came time to negotiate they added 4-5k for taxes title and extra fees for some reason not sure why tax and title cost 4-5k extra but I wouldn’t trust the online ad prices very misleading. Ron was the one I talked to for pricing and it was terrible from 31.5k to 36k in person makes no sense.I’d rather take my money somewhere with honest pricing and reasonable negotiation. Don’t trust Ron. False advertising at its best.

Buyer beware!!!!! Completely dishonest. After the first couple of red flags, they "accidently" posted the wrong price online and "everything including radio, etc was covered under their warranty"-oh, actually it's not...I was still considering purchasing and giving them the benefit of the doubt. The entertainment and navigation system weren't working because it needed a security code. I was told they were taking it to the Honda dealership to see what could be done and they assuered me they would let me know as soon as they found out. I got a call the next morning saying they sold it to someone else but would love to have me come back in and look at other cars. When I spoke to the manager he said it was "first come, first serve". I thought me being there first and saying I wanted to purchase the car first meant I was "first come". I'm sure I dodged a bullet by not purchasing from them!
