Marisol at Accura of Pleasanton is the best!

Marisol at Accura of Pleasanton is the best! Rarely you see a.woman at car dealership and Marisol is a pleasant surprise. She works at.the repair service department and she nails it everytime. I have dropped off my Accura there several times for work. Marisol not only worked to.ensure the car got repaired as quickly as posaible, she also ensured that i got prompt Lyft rides. Her customer service is the best I have ever seen in any dealerships.

Professional excellent service.

Professional excellent service. Fully satisfied with the job done. The service adviser was very frank outright how much the diagnostic would cost and if it's a warranty issue Acura will replace the part at no cost. $0. Got the unwashed car washed and cleaned @$0 to boot. Annnd...asked me to get some bottled water from the cooler to hydrate myself before I go. It was good service!!!
