My experience at Hendricks in Pleasanton was a very positive one.Heldon was very professional, knowledgeable, and also informative. He explained and demonstrated all of the safety features I was looking for in a used Acura RDX. He located a newer model on his lot that had low mileage and was within my budget. I would highly recommend this dealership and felt that I was treated like family. Now I feel safer and know that my precious grandchildren are too. Thanks again Heldon. Anne R.

Our 2007 MDX experienced a complete alternator failure

Our 2007 MDX experienced a complete alternator failure while driving on Highway 680 Thursday Night. We were able to coast to the side of the road and await a tow truck to take the vehicle to the dealership for repairs. The staff at Pleasanton Acura were professional, friendly, and able to repair the vehicle on time at a reasonable cost. We would recommend them should the need for service arise with your vehicle. They did an excellent job in all areas..

Oscar was awesome told him what I was looking for and walked me right to the car i was looking for. Mary listened to me about the payment I would feel comfortable with and made it work. Over they were amazing and would definitely recommend.
