I recently had my car serviced at Hendrick service

I recently had my car serviced at Hendrick service center. I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. Landon, my advisor, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. The process was estimated for two to five days with three recalls, but they got it done in 2 days. Very efficient. Would like to visit Hendrick service center again.

I just purchased my 3rd Acura from the Acura of Pleasanton dealership. I have worked with Farooq Omar and Gabe for 8+ years. My experience has been 5 star customer service, everyone is caring and very professional, I feel like I?m treated like family. My 19 yr old son got his first car, and the dealership has made our overall car shopping experience quite seamless and overall enjoyable for all of us. Farooq has always taken care of us and has made the process enjoyable!

Great service.

Great service. Everything was explained. The loaner car was very much appreciated. The service was completed ahead of schedule. The office staff was very efficient. Landon was thorough and quick. The pick up was smooth and effortless.
