The service department is awesome.

The service department is awesome. Appointment scheduling is quick and easy. I was able to bring my car in the next day. My service advisor Landon is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived, he checked me in right away, and he also gave me a loaner. Landon updated me about my car through texting. I would highly recommend this dealer. Thank you Acura Pleasanton!!!

Very pleased with the Service Department and their

Very pleased with the Service Department and their friendliness and good customer service. We like that they send a video showing and explaining the work that they’re doing and the results of the service. We’ve worked with Marisol, Art and Landon, all very professional.

My husband purchased a vehicle from Tamanna. She was professional and very personable. She was kind and very helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed which made our experience comfortable. There was no pressure to buy. We would definitely recommend!

2 hour oil change?

2 hour oil change? I wish I did not buy the maintenance package when I bought the vehicle. I figure that you got my money, but are hoping to make it so inconvenient that I will not use it. Like a scam?not like a scam, but a straight up scam. Plus, you either used the filter I brought, hoping to speed up the process, or you kept it.
