Kayla and Keenan were SO great.

Kayla and Keenan were SO great. If you’re looking to buy/lease in a tough market they will work with you to get you what you need. I had a super tight time frame and they worked tirelessly with me to get it done. Super invested, super personable, and really helpful and kind to a new car lessee. Almost makes me wonder what all the gripe is about when negotiating car deals!

Down-grading my latest service review

Down-grading my latest review to 3 stars; from top review given about a year ago. My Outback was due for routine oil change and tire rotation. Car still within factory 3-year/36,000 mile warranty. I requested the car also be test driven to determine the source of a mild growling sound when driven at 35+ mph. Is it tires or a wheel bearing?? Their reply was there is a standard $179 diagnostic charge. The charge would be waived if it turned out to be a warranty repair. I found that to be an excessive charge for a reasonable request while the car was in their possession. I passed on their diagnostic service and will go to an independent shop to look into this issue. Farrish given 3-stars based on properly done oil change & tire rotation.
