Quick in and out

Called over the phone and negotiated a price came in town and the vehicle was everything and didn't try to play any games to switch me to the vehicles model and year in stock. Not many dealers ever do that call them right away because they really learned my business.

By far best car buying experience

Bought car on ebay drove up next morning and dealt with ABrar very nice gentleman didnt try to play any games was very upfront and now im enjoying my new f150 they are literally very upfront and id recommend them to anyone they really do sell very clean cars at low prices . Come see them

Bought my second car in 2 months everything they told me was accurate assisted with shipping both times and cars arrived on time and title work was done relatively quick didnt wait to do stuff also minute and always kept in touch will recommend them to friends and family

2017 BMW 750i

They had a 2017 BMW 750i listed for 73k 6 months ago about 6k cheaper than anyone else out there still to this day the car is worth more than i paid for and they never tried to "raise" the price they were very upfront and the car was just as they described and they have a very good selection going back for my next purchase.

Do not buy a car from AX

Do not purchase a car from this dealer. Cars have been wrecked and poorly repaired dealer states that cars are under manufacturer warranty( false) warranty isn't valid if car have been wrecked.. do not purchase a car from this Dealer

Jane, we are sorry for any misunderstandings. However, on any up-to-date vehicle report (CARFAX) will be stated if the vehicle is under manufacturing warranty or not. When doing paperwork we make sure to disclose everything and anything needed to make sure our clients are understanding of what they are purchasing!

not interested in selling anything

I have made several attempts to purchase a car from you. I have called several times and even went online and submitted an offer on one of your cars. The last time I called I made an offer on the phone with a salesman and he was checking with the owner and get back to me, NO RESULTS. THERE have BEEN ZERO REPLIES TO ALL MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT PURCHASING. FORGET IT YOUR BUSINESS IS WORTHLESS TO ME!

Difficult to deal with and very unprofessional

I came to this dealership to buy a specific car I saw on cars.com, and even called ahead to confirm that it was still available. After test driving the car and sitting down to sign the paperwork, I learned that someone else had put down a deposit on the car and was on her way to pick it up. I ended up going with a nicer car from the same dealership as they gave me a discount due to "my trouble". It needed some scratches buffed out and the windshield needed a chip to be filled in, but I was assured this would be fixed before I picked it up. This apparently was not made clear, as I had to keep calling to find out when it could be picked up, and it seemed as though they were dragging their feet turning the car over to me, even though they had already received a full cash payment. The sale was also treated as an out-of-state sale because I didn't want to renew my license in Georgia. When I went to go pick it up and sign the final papers, the tax and license fee had not been subtracted (~$1200) from the contract, even though it was made clear that I needed to pay this fee in my home state. The car was then pulled around so I could take it home, but it hadn't been cleaned (I had been told it would be) and I was frankly quite disgusted. They ended up cleaning it in 10 minutes (did not do a very good job as the windows still had unwiped cleaning spray on them), and then proceeded to hand the keys to my male friend who had driven me. Not me, the woman who had purchased the car, but a man who had nothing to do with the process itself or the car. To top all of this off, I found a rusty razor blade underneath the driver's seat when I was looking for something I had dropped. I do understand that it's a used car, it won't be perfect, etc., but this is my THIRD time purchasing a used car, and comparatively, this dealership was substantially lacking. It's not difficult, and my expectations are not hard to meet if the company is professional, on-time, and says what they say they will do. I was sorely disappointed, and will be taking my business to other dealerships in the future.
