We just purchased our second new car from Garcia Cadillac. Both experiences have been great as they have patiently helped us get the car we wanted without trying to sell us another car. We especially liked our most recent salesman, Jake. Go to Garcia's and see Jake.

Jake is a great salesman. He made our car buying experience the Best! Raymond was also great and very helpful Jake explained all the features in my 2018 Platinum Cadillac, He has also contacted me after my purchase, to see how I am enjoying my vehicle, and to see if I have any questions. I can honestly say, I have made friends for life!

Dealing with Jake and Raymond was a great car buying experience.Negotiating was easy and when the numbers were right the sale was made quick.

both salespersons exhibited professionalism, and complete knowledge of inventory. took time to instruct on various functions pertaining on the operation of new car. also assisted on trade in.

Lorna was an amazing help in getting me in to my CT6! She took the time to explain the features of the car before I even made the decision to purchase, she is very knowledgeable and personable. Even after I purchased it she still reaches out and ensures all of my needs are met. The overall experience was wonderful. The salesman, Jake, was incredibly patient with me and my multiple visits. The sales manager, Raymond, was personable and considerate in every step of the process. Finally, Torie, in finance was super efficient and communicative from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership! They truly understand that these purchases can be emotional and they help ease the process.

I bought a new Cadillac from Garcia two years ago and was never anything but annoyed and unhappy from the first week. The car did not operate as promised (infotainment issues)..NEVER worked as promised. The service department is the worst! They treat customers like they are idiots. I was so annoyed that I ended up getting rid of my new car and taking a huge loss on it just so I would NEVER have to set foot on their property again. I had complained about the service department before my last two visits and the new general manger responded to me and promised to fix the issues..unfortunately this was not the case.

The Service Manager is lazy and a big liar! I made two trips to the service department and my car was never repaired, what a waste of my time! Almost a month later Marcos called me to say they had the part and wanted me to go in to get get my car repaired. I told him him he was way to late. I had the problem fixed at another GM dealership!

Extremly dissapointed with their lies about coupons, they have posted that 6 quarts of oil, tire rotation and multy point inspection, when shown the coupon that THEY provided , the offer wasnt upheld from their end!!!! Please dont anounce specials if your not gonna honor them

First time experience for an oil change with Garcia cadillac was unpleasant! Left for three hours in the waiting room. When I finally became impatient I asked when it would be ready. Found that my vehicle was ready for sometime and no one let me know. Thank goodness I asked or I would still be there waiting.
