A First Time Buyer

Overall, my experience with tom kadlec went better as I assume most first timers think. I have been extra nervous, but desperately due for a new more reliable vehicle. I really had no idea what to expect. Staff answered alm my questions with clarity, and am highly thankful for their patience given the fact that my co-signer, and I as two people couldn't be as fast as we were wanted to be. Staff made sure to get to me in a efficient time walking in each time. I Also had no problem getting a hold of at least one staff member considering reaching them via phone, email, messaging, and directly.

Good sales service

After finding the Toyota sienna I wanted I left a message which Byron Call followed up to answer. That made me go down to see the car.As i came to Tomkadlec Kia the car was ready for me hence I spent little time transacting.Thumbs up Byron and colleagues

To whom may concern: When I was looking for a new car i when to a couple of dealers and i was very fortunate to meet Jamie Iverson to who i leased my vehicle, he was very professional, kind, also answered all my question. He also was very polite and patient to my needs. Kia Sportage

Jaime Iverson has been a joy to work with. Very patient, easy to talk to, and did great follow up. He honestly was the reason we went with Kia. We loved the vehicle but the service we received made the difference for us. In addition, Chris Reiser, was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant and patient. Willing to walk through the paperwork with us at a pace we could follow without trying to just have us sign and get us out the door. The service received at this dealership has been wonderful.
