Found a Jeep I really wanted but we were an hour and a half away. We had communicated with the salesman for over a week just so he would.know we were very interested. We asked about rust on the vehicle, especially the underneath. Mainly because the Jeep came from Canada. Salesman did show us a video of the rust underneath and did a walk around Video of the exterior of the Jeep. We drove all the way there on Saturday, to find the Jeep had several areas of bubbled up rust that had been touched up with paint. Nobody even came out to talk to us. It's ok though cause I wouldn't have bought that Jeep if was half price!! Why can't salesman just be honest?? We wouldn't have wasted our time. So frustrating!!!

Bought a 2017 pacifica from this dealership. 25 hours into ownership less than 250 miles drive and the car has a check engine light. The dealership then expected me to pay 1/2 the cost to fix the repairs. Which were estimated 2344.89. Then when I mentioned how unfair it was to have to dish out money in repairs when the car had literally just drove home. They told me to come pick it up. That they wouldn't touch it. All they care about it the sale. Do not shop here. Many bad reviews on service. They also claimed to have rotated my tires and perform an oil change but the front tires were gauged a 6/20. Who puts bald tires on the front of a fwd car. Do not shop here!
