Frustrating
Found a truck I liked. I inquired about the truck Thursday evening. Salesman called me Friday morning. Told me that the truck was available. I told him great and that I was going to get approval through my credit union. Called the salesman back a few hours later once everything was set just to be told that the truck was already sold. It would be nice for the sales team to know what is going on.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! do not purchase from them. I found the Yukon Denali online, I called and talked to the sales rep. They assured me about the vehicle, they do a vehicle inspection to insure it's a great vehicle! After the talking I decide to purchase the vehicle. They mention two warranty saying the Ford warranty service so I went with that. I know on a GMC but assured me the warranty is great and the service. They even helped me get the vehicle shipped at my cost. I receive the Vehicle, maybe put 100 mile the first week and take it to the shop the next week. I'm told Shocks are bad, brakes, my antenna for GPS isn't working, the side step stopped working also needs new motor. Took to the Ford dealer here, was told to take to a GMC dealer, I'm waiting to see what the extended warranty will cover before going forward. I contacted them and since it's used and AS IS they are doing nothing! BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Purchasing the Vehicle was a great experience, even
Purchasing the Vehicle was a great experience, even worked on getting it shipped to me. Once I got it I drove it for a week and noticed things, the Navigation wasn't working, I made an appointment since added a warranty. The same day I scheduled the appointment the side step stopped working. Ok least I already had an appointment. The shop called saying it needs front shocks, which makes sense why was little bouncy, the antenna is bad for the Navi, the motor went bad in the side step, also needs brakes something fierce. Estimated $4500 in work. I call up Brad the warranty guy trying to make sure what was covered, and asked about there inspection process of a vehicle. Go back to Third party inspection, which I did waive. Doing so because of Toby the sales person sounded like they really take care of there vehicles, they had the shop do a Vehicle inspection. Then got told by Nathan sounds like the shop I took to is trying to sell me stuff. I got disconnected, he did try and call back at that point I'm very disappointed and would not suggest buying from them!.

Be cautious before buying here!!
I definitely would be very cautious when buying a car here. They took advantage that I was a widow and knew very little about cars. They pride themselves on getting you out quick but that is just a ploy to rip you off. I have not had the car long and have already had to put a 1,800 dollars into it. Then they talked me into the extended warranty and it has not covered only 100 dollars so far of all that work. Be very careful when buying a car here. I have learned a lot from this experience and never again will anyone take advantage of me.

My Wife and I bought a USED 2014 Jeep Patriot on May 22 , 2021 . Your Service Department had to do a Front End Rattle Diagnose and Repair . Post Repairs as Negotiated . Darrow Shirkey Ford Dealership delivered it to our Home May 25 or May 26 . * This Repair was done , as far as I know and the Home Delivery are the only Negotiated Term of Sale Fulfilled . A Pleasant Experience
Coming from out of state, I highly recommend this Dealership. No frills and games here. Had the vehicle ready to go for my test drive. Offered fair pricing for my trade. Took care of a few shortcomings with the used vehicle I purchased as a part of the deal. Staff were easy to work with and professional. I will recommend and keep them in mind for future purchases.

The only reason for the 1 star is due to Brad Bumb in...
The only reason for the 1 star is due to Brad Bumb in financing. This guy literally was yelling at me. “This is your rate, take it or leave!” WHAT? My credit score is 807. Also, yelled over me to another employee “hey remember I have somewhere to be at 8:15 tonight” His lack of professionalism is appalling. Brad Bumb should NOT be working with other humans. PS, anyone looking at the 2014 GMC Denali with 85k miles. They have it listed for $5,237 over what they took it in ($29,500) Room to work with.

After almost 6 mos, it is still sad to us that you felt had a bad experience. Our finance dept had not received a bad review prior to yours and has not received one since. We wish that there was a way to be able to meet your demands on that day.
Your finance department wasn’t the issue that day (6months ago). Brad Bumb’s lack of professionalism and courtesy is the sole reason. Hard to believe that he has never acted this way prior to my interaction with him. It seemed like that’s his normal demeanor.
