Walked on the lot. Toby Shirkey met me. I told him what I wanted to test drive. He set me up. I LOVED the vehicle. He took off what he could in price. Did all the paperwork quickly. Went the extra mile to sit in My vehicle to explain ALL the bells y whistles to this old lady. Then helped me to enter My phones information so I could use the hands free y Bluetooth set up 🤗🤗. Toby made a usually very time consuming y tiring process AMAZINGLY EASY 🥳🥳. I can't Thank him enough for his help 🙏.

Great Experience
They made the entire process very easy. I live pretty far way so it was important to be able to discuss all of the necessary details before I made the trip. The personal video they made for me was very helpful. There were no games or gimmicks, it is exactly what you would want a car buying experience to be.

Do not buy a vehicle/phone from this dealership.
I had Agreed to a price online. I then Started driving two hours to dealership to have them call me 30 min from arrival to tell me that the truck was sold. I had taken time off work and burned an entire tank driving there and back home. The managers response was “there wasn’t a deposit put down”. I was never offered the opportunity. If you are looking for a vehicle on the internet from a long distance I would recommend not choosing this dealership. Internet sales 0/10.

You definitely have the right to be frustrated with the situation that occurred. It is the representatives mistake for not offering to you to put down a deposit after being told you were driving far and took time off of work. I wouldn't base our entire internet sales operation off of a mistake though because we are internet based and get it right 9 times out of 10 being that out of 205 reviews we average at 4.3. Sorry for the inconvenience it was just a subject of human error.

Excellent service, Ryan Leal is a great salesman, he went above and beyond to get me into a 2019 Ford Edge. He was very friendly and not pushy at all like most salesmen that I had worked with while searching for my new car. Highly recommend Ryan and will do business with him again in the future

I had a great experience when purchasing my Malibu in January. Dieter Held was very friendly and helpful. About a month prior to purchasing the Malibu I had been in an accident and needed a good quality car. So far the car is doing great. I felt Dieter was upfront and honest during our experience. Ford f150
The purchasing of my sons 2015 ford f150 was a very good experience, but thats where it ended. The servicing of the truck is a different story. Tried to contact Tanner, Dieter and the owner Randy several times about issues with the truck cab leaking and it was crickets, no response back, Dieter assured me on a Saturday conversation we had that it would get resolved on the next Monday, nope, nothing , more crickets, terrible business practice. Left several messages with no answers back. Would definitely not recommend this dealership, we ended up calling Ford Customer Care Center and reporting them. Will get vehicle fixed locally. #stayawayfromthem.
