Derrow Shirkey Ford

Not very professional at all! Did not do what they promised and I feel like they took advantage of me being an older woman. I paid $500 down and they supposedly gave me $500 off but the price I paid didn't take off $500. I would not recommend this business. There's damage to the vehicle they didn't want to fix, so that was the reason for the $500 off. Promised to have the rims fixed and full gas tank when I picked up the car. Neither was done, and the sales gut said that was the deal. No, it was not. I am kicking myself and I feel humiliated. I didn't even get the keyless entry code for the door. There's so much more but I'm so embarrassed to finish.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Down to earth, low pressure approach, with great market comparisons for price. I live in southern Indiana and they impressed so much they have my future business from 4.5 hrs away!
