Very unprofessional, was rushed into signing papers...

Very unprofessional, was rushed into signing papers before even given full details of the vehicle. Furthermore salesman and manager were unsure of most of my complaints and needs when it came to things either missing or needed with the vehicle. I get that I bought a used vehicle but it was a Nissan and to tell me that you cannot make me a spare key, or something as simple as get a navigation SD card is unacceptable. Will never return for another vehicle. PS GET THE WARRANTY as soon as I left the property not even 23miles into driving the vehicle the transmission began to have problems.

We got off to a rocky start as I was trying to get more...

We got off to a rocky start as I was trying to get more information about the car. I received an initial email and text, but when I reached out to get more information, I never received a response. However, after I called and reached Ryan, things went great. Ryan called me back immediately and took care of me. When I got to the dealership, Ryan made sure I was in and out, and the service from the team was top notch.

All sales are a little stressful, but I met the owner and was really a nice man. And he got involved with the deal, both parties had to give a little, but in the end I had to go out of the box a little bit I got what I wanted at a deal that was fair and I was happy. My salesman Peter was very nice and the whole staff was very friendly!

Buyer beware!!!

If it were not for George the sales person and their service department this place would get a 1. I have purchased 2 cars with them. One new and one used. The new one went fine till the paperwork when the finance dept sent our paperwork through to the wrong bank and it took the better part of a month to get it corrected and sent to the correct bank so we could get it tagged to drive. The 2nd one last month I looked at 1 car, took it home for the night and the radio stopped working so I took it back and they were ok with that one. I upgraded to a newer more expensive car and when I got home I noticed they sold me a car with no spare tire, jack and other safety equipment so when I took it back they told me to bad if I wanted something else I would have to trade out of that one and into the new one which I elected to do. It cost me a 2000.00 fee to do it. The new one as I drove it home I noticed a shudder in the brakes so I drove it back and made them put it up and see what the issue was. It needed new brakes all the way around to the tune of over 1600.00 which they refused to work with me on. I asked if they would throw in the parts at cost and split the labor to try to save some money and was told that "Brakes are not a safety hazzard the shudder is just an inconvenience". Needless to say if you plan to purchase a USED car from this place I highly recommend that you take it to be inspected at your favorite mechanic to make sure its ok. I have purchased about 15 new vehicles since 2010 and a couple used ones and I would NEVER come back here and buy another one.
