I came in looking for a car to fit my needs.
I was greeted by Matt Olmsted I explained my needs and Matt was more than willing to help me find the vehicle that would be the perfect fit. After looking at several vehicles he pointed out the chrysler 300. He took his time and was very patient. Never pushy and was very concerned for my needs. I wish all salesmen were more like Matt. I recommend John Vance Motors any given day of the week. The manager Jim Carrera was just as helpful as Matt. They are there for your needs more than your pocket. Even though they did not have the car I needed they recommended me to one that did. I love my Chrysler 300

Ac class action lawsuits pending
I was duped by these guys I bought a pre-owned truck, they failed to disclose the lawsuit pending for these condensers on GMC Sierra , asked me to pay $1,000 for a new one. Truck has 94,000 miles n AC doesn't work. I called who I bought it from 0 help not good business practices I would expect this from a buy here pay here dealer.

bad customer service,
Waited hours just to get my car serviced. not worth the trip. I had a scheduled appointment at 10am and waited until 1pm before my car was seen. waste of my entire day just for a simple oil change.

No Ethics .......
I wanted a 2017 Jeep Patriot . I was told by salesperson there were NO Jeep Patriots in the OKC area or in the surrounding areas . They flat out lied to me and geared me to a more expensive Jeep. Other dealerships had them in stock. I will never go to you as a dealership and I don't like being lied to.
