Sells cars 5 minutes before you’re there to buy
Absolutely terrible! Looked at a car yesterday with Luis. Decided today the car was the car for me. Got in contact with Luis around 2 p.m., made it VERY clear I was ready to buy the car with the money in full. Worked out an agreement to have a small window chip fixed, would be ready when I got there at 6:30... 5 minutes before showing up, he had sold the car. Mind you, I drove all the way from Norman, Oklahoma to get this car. He knew all day I was going to be there at 6:30 to buy the car. To sell 5 minutes before I show up is poor business. Not once did he mention anything about a deposit, which I would have gladly made to hold the car. This is a terrible way to do business. Will NEVER go back. I'm truly disgusted with this place.

Fantastic service department. Absolutely the ONLY dealership service department that I trust... because of John Noble period. One prime example: John keeps me informed of important upcoming maintenance but NEVER pressures me into performing recommended, but not critical, costly maintenance decisions. John is an effective and knowledgeable service adviser with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have written this before in previous customer feedback reviews and I will re-enforce my comments; I will continue to purchase my vehicles at John Vance Auto Group as long as John Noble is my service adviser.

They Don't Keep Their Promises
I bought a Pacifica for my wife and the sales manager, Marcus made us a few verbal promises. Unfortunately he/the dealership will NOT keep their word and honor their promises. Very disappointing because up until this point my opinion of them was great but not any more. Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150... But if you cannot keep your word, why would I want to do business with you ever again and why would I do anything besides warn others to stay away?

Jason Williamson was great to work with!!!!!!
My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I spoke with Jason Williamson and he was professional, very knowledgeable, and the best car sales person that I have worked with since I bought my first car almost 30 years ago!! I was able to get my wife into her dream suv and it was very affordable. I will definitely do business with Jason again in the future when I am ready to get another vehicle. Great company and great internet sales people!!!

Quality at a distance
While I did not purchase a vehicle from John Vance I did communicate with them through phone and email. They were very helpful and willing to send information on any vehicles I requested. I know they would rather have us at the lot, but even so I do not feel as if they were put out. Every question was answered promptly. They did not fill my inbox full of junk nor did they explode my phone with calls hounding me.

Pleasurable...
It was a very pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to buy. I was able to take ample time test driving the vehicle, whereas other places tend to rush you. I have no problem visiting that dealership again.

Crooked Dealership, Never do this again….
After a year back and forth we still haven’t gotten the extra warranty off the vehicle that we never purchased in the first place. I have been up there personally to try and straighten it out and no one seems to help or care. After finally reaching someone with authority, the individual says the they would help but in reality nothing comes from it. Still stuck after a year in a car that had an extra $3K tacked onto it for no reason. Crooked Thief’s…. I cannot believe they are in business. Do not shop here.

First time car buyer & it was great!
This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience. I worked with Jesse and he was very polite. I went in to this thinking I was going to spend my evening arguing with an annoying salesman and that was not the case at all. No on was pushy or rude and that was great! And I still got and awesome deal on my new car!
