I recently purchased a small suv from M&B Auto Group. My salesman Eddy was very helpful in getting me into the right vehicle for me. He took the time to explain everything during the sale. I would purchase another car from this dealership.

No service after the sale

I purchased a used truck and as stated in my initial review I received top notch service before and during the sale. However following the purchase I was totally ghosted once the sale was complete and I had taken possession of the truck. Suddenly no calls or texts were answered or returned. I was only contacting them with questions regarding getting my Maryland tags. I was not trying to complain or request anything from them.

Chrysler 200

Got Better Approval from them than my Credit Union

Best Place got the car that I wanted it was an easy process, and they got me a better rate than my Credit Union, Diana was my salesperson and she was great and the whole team was very kind and accommodating.

Beware

They were doimf very well at communicating back and forth for only 4 days about a 2016 camaro 2ss. But then Pheleeb (salesman) decided to ghost me, then I got a hold of Diana Saleh Motii who is the general manager and she didn't seem to be much help either. Only on the first 4 days everything was solid but then everyone there left me on seen without any common courtesy to reply back to any of my messages. When something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I'd stay away from this dealership, because if they ghost you during a sell they can ghost you after the purchase.

Bad Car and service

I have had a really bad experience with this dealer! I bought a car yesterday and I did not check well and when I was on my way home I found out the hot air does not work at all! And I called today and the dealer said they can’t do anything!
