I went to m & b auto and purchase a truck on June 1st...
I went to m & b auto and purchase a truck on June 1st 2020. They seemed real friendly at first I drive the truck home and on the 4th after less than 100 miles it broke down. I called them every other day. On the 10th they sent me an address for their shop. They told me they were going to diagnose the issue for free. I requested a number to speak with the shop witch was not given to me till the 15th. I than had the truck towed to the shop at my cost. On the 18th the dealers shop told me I hooked the battery up backwards. Even though the car shut off while driving I explain to him that that was not the case. He refused to listen. Told me it would be $80 an hour minimum of four hours for them to diagnose the exact issue. I declined and told them the dealer told me it was free. They told me I had 24 hours to pick up my vehicle and then the dealership told me basically it’s as is. I called the Ford dealership they stay to be $90 to diagnose the issue. Turns out a water leak from a properly installed windshield allowed water to drip on the central junction box shorting out the system. But while at the Ford dealership I was notified of a fraudulent inspection something had tampered with the safety restraint system and remove the lightbulb from the dash to hide it. After notifying the dealership that I purchased it from of this they blocked me and refused to pay for any of the cost to repair. I was never rude and even provided them with the paperwork. While in their lot I saw many vehicles by any standard would not pass inspection. this dealer comes off nice but is extremely shady. Would not recommend to anyone. not only was the truck overpriced it is now worthless and I only got to drive it 100 miles. Total cost of repairs pushing $4000 No accountability in the shop zero help. I have notified the state police who will stakeout the dealership for the vehicles leaving the lot for inspection violations.

Successful car shopping
I needed to replace a car quickly. I found the car I wanted online so I went to check it out. I was able to test drive the car on my own as soon as I got there. No pressure buying from the staff. Very accommodating. The vehicle was in excellent condition considering the year. Warranty plans are available. Financial approval was completed quickly and efficiently. They were patient as I needed to transfer my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one, while completing my paperwork. Appreciated the follow up phone call asking if I was happy with my purchase.

Horrible Customer Service
On Monday, April 27, 2020, we called regarding a Subaru that was listed on their website. We were told it was available but we needed to make an appointment to see it. We live over 1.5 hours away so my husband scheduled the appointment for April 29 to accommodate his work schedule. On Wednesday, we were about an hour away from the dealership when we called to let them know we may be a few minutes late. At that time we were told that someone else was out test driving the car.My husband informed the salesman that we had an appointment to see the car and was told it is first come first serve, and that he would call and let us know if the other people decided to buy the car. At that point, we kept driving because we really didn't know what else to do. We never received a call back as promised, so we called the dealership yet again when we were about ten minutes away. We were told the car had been sold. I understand it is first come first serve. However, when we made the appointment on that Monday, if there was a previously scheduled appointment to look at it we should have been informed, especially since my husband said we were coming a long distance. Had we known there was an appointment before ours, we would have waited to confirm the availability of the car. If we had the appointment first, no other appointment should have been made until we had a chance to see the car. If the individuals that bought the car simply stopped by without an appointment, they should have been required to make an appointment just like we were, and placed behind us. Either way, they were completely unprofessional and we spent four hours of drive time all for nothing. The car was for our daughter who has worked hard to save her money and was very excited at the thought of buying the car, as it was exactly what she wanted. She was extremely disappointed. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any dealership and honestly can't say enough bad things about the way we were treated.

I came to the lot to look at a Tahoe they had available. Arriving I wasn’t sure what to expect given the rural area. I was mistaken! They gave me my space to check over the car (didn’t breath down my neck like most dealerships). When I made up my mind they were sure to answer all my questions.
