Have your mechanic go over everything!
Simply put, the truck I purchased was not inspected properly. Bad wheel sensors..O2 sensor..AC not charged.. cabin filter clogged...air intake full of leaves and nuts..ac relay not working..dirty oil..skid plate missing. Only burn me one time.

terrible aftersales customer service!
Unfriendly management (edwin). Paid for processing and was told I shouldn't of. Tried to speak to the person who told me I shouldn't of paid this fee or my salesperson who told me they couldn't register the car in MD for me, when in fact they could of. Called last week expecting a return call from Diane... no call. Was put on hold for 20 minutes to speak to her, then was only allowed to speak to GM. I asked for the owners info, I was refused and was told" all you're going to get is me Edwin the GM"

buying my vehicle was an ok process. I know this is a small time dealer so didn't expect much. After purchasing I realized I was charged processing fees, but nothing was processed. When I called in to ask about them I was told I should not of paid for them and that Diane in Tags and Title will call me back. I never got a call. Called a week later, spoke to Edwin who told me every person is charged these fees. When I told him a member of his staff told me otherwise, he dismissed it. When I told him my sales person told me they cant register my car in Maryland when in fact they do He said he will get a message to her. Two members of his staff gave me incorrect information on something that I do and they should take very seriously, and their was no concern at all with him. He got my money and in no way wanted to make it right or even offer an apology for all the incorrect information I was delivered. Also which i didn't even bring up your website clearly states free home delivery within 100 miles, I was also told that you do not have that service. This is clearly a one and done kind of dealership who do not care for returning customers.. After the crisis and need for cars is over I doubt this place will stay in business for many years with current management. .

Buyer beware! Sells damaged vehicles
Purchased a used pickup in a rush and paid a big price for trusting these people. The salesman told me that the dealership had the engine repaired. It turns out that the engine was bad and had not been repaired, at least not correctly. They knowingly sold a vehicle with an unrepairable engine to a retail customer. Their defense was that they stated in writing that the timing chain was replaced not that the engine had been repaired. After bringing the vehicle to 2 different shops that verified that it was unrepairable I called the dealer. The manager (he called the owner! yeah right) refused to repair it, refund any money or take the vehicle back. He claimed that the shop that performed the work provided no guaranties and that they would not fix anything they had done wrong. He was very rude and told me that if he bought a vehicle with a bad engine, he wouldn't be bothering the dealer over his own mistake! If that's the kind of company you want to do business with, good luck!

Customers must do more research
Purchased VW Jetta in Feb. of 20. Because of COVID I drove the vehicle very little. In March of 21 it began running rough. I took it to my mechanic who multiple approaches but the problems continued to worsen. Finally he discovered the compression in at least one of the cylinders was very low. The result is the car needs a whole new engine. He says the amount of damage doesn't just happen even over months of mistreatment would not have been missed by any qualified person. My mistake was I needed a reliable vehicle and should have had my mechanic examine the car 1st.

I should’ve known better
I should’ve known better. If they have nothing to hide why are the reviews turned off on Facebook and many other sources purchased a truck with falsified inspections safety systems tampered with. Drove it 80 miles and it’s complete trash. Dealership will have you sign documents not related to the transaction just to cover their butt because they know they they do shady things
