Ethically and morally incompetent. Will blame you for any and everything even when you buy a car or truck for $15k and it won’t make it 50 miles home!! Won’t help pay for a tow or and yes will try to make money off the repairs!!! 2011 truck oil pump goes out yeah it’s your truck now he says “do you have a mechanic you can trust?” Stay as far away as possible from this guy Nick and his company. If you think it’s a good idea to go into business selling cars as is with no warranty for market value that’s a horrible business plan!! I’m sure they won’t be around that much longer!

Sold a used Cadillac in February motor had been filled up with stop leak, two thousand miles later motor appears to be shot Nick refuses to respond to phone calls and texts I feel he knew condition of this car before the sale and this the reason for his lack of responding. I would not recommend this dealer or these people to anyone looking for a used car.

THIS IS YOUR WARNING. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I know you, a potential buyer, are going to read this and say, "Yeah, well, it's a great price and I'm going to do it. I'll pick a great vehicle and they won't screw me over." I'm telling you: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. FIND SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY. First of all, no matter how nice your potential car may look, no matter how nice the front office personnel may seem, when your new-to-you car finally breaks down and you realize that M and B Auto Group have bamboozled you out of thousands of dollars, it will be too late. Every car there is sold "As Is." And what that means to you, in the State of Virginia, is that you basically have ZERO options to defend yourself or reclaim your money. The second that car is off the lot you are at fault for everything that has ever happened to it. Oh sure, they'll offer you some sketchy warranty from a company called, "Diamond Insurance," but hopefully you know better than to fall for that, right? Second of all, when you call them to get your money back -- and you inevitably will after you end up having to take your new-to-you car to a real car dealership to find out why it broke down on you within THREE DAYS of your purchase -- the people at M and B Auto Group will act like complete and total xxxxxxxx. I spoke with Nick, and instead of helping me like a decent individual would do, he DEMANDED THAT I APOLOGIZE TO HIM. As if I was the one being unreasonable after I had been stranded with a broken down car, unable to get to work, and was out 8000 dollars without any sign of reimbursement. I'm serious. This guy actually demanded that I apologize to him, like I was some seven year old who had done something wrong. I wish I could make that up. And trust me, I've worked in customer service for YEARS. I've dealt with unhappy customers. This guy did everything they tell you not to do. He blamed me (as if I would intentionally go out and harm the car I just bought! Why would I ever do that? I just bought it!) He was irate with me. He was defensive. And then he basically hung up on me. So, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will lose your money. You will be pissed. And worse yet, you won't have a working car to drive to work. Some things are too good to be true -- and their prices are. Don't do it. Go to anywhere else, really. I would give this place negative stars, but instead I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Very friendly and patient with us. Fair prices and easy to deal with. Nice selection of vehicles. We bought a car the same day and the process was very quick.

Nick is very good and helpful at his job I told him what I wanted and he did everything I asked I recommend everyone go check them out

My wife and I visited M and B Auto Group to purchase a 2006 Cadillac DTS, We saw that the price of the vehicle online was $6450..We got there and test drove the vehicle and decided we wanted it...So we sat down with Angelica Orlando and she calculated the total price of the Vehicle with Taxes, Title and Tags, and Processing Fees included and it came to $7100...We let her know that we weren’t trying to finance with them at all and we already have a check from our Credit Union for $6600 and we weren’t going over that...So she stepped out to call the owner Nick to see if he would the drop the price of the vehicle...She came back and stated he would drop the price because he has had the car on the lot for close to 3 months...We told her we would be back next Friday to finish the paperwork and buy the vehicle then because the car shook a little once you got to 60mph as well...So upon returning the next Friday we test drove it and the shaking was gone,Nick said he just had to balance the tires because they were new, While I was outside my wife began to do the paperwork When I entered I asked what was she signing without reading it,Nick tried to slip some paperwork in saying M and B Auto Group wasn’t responsible for the fee for getting the Title and Tags...Once I caught him in several lies about what was stated a week before with Angelica he began to laugh and say I want yall to leave...I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to Buy ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS...THIS MAN ATTEMPTED TO SCAM OR HUSTLE MY WIFE AND MYSELF OUT OF $285..IT WASNT EVEN ABOUT THE MONEY ITS THE SNEAKY WAY HE WENT ABOUT IT..HE KEPT TRYING TO GET US TO HURRY UP AND SIGN THE PAPERWORK NOW I SEE WHY...THE CAR HAD NO GAS IN IT AND HE STATED IF I GAVE HIM A GOOD REVIEW HE WOULD FILL THE TANK UP...WHO SELLS A CAR ON E? SO YOU MAY SEE SOME GOOD REVIEWS BUT THEY PROBABLY WROTE THOSE FOR A FULL TANK OF GAS... SO I ADVISE ANY AND EVERYBODY TO STAY CLEAR OF NICK, ANGELICA ORLANDA, and M and B AUTO GROUP ENTIRELY... THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE BALANCED SO WE AGREED TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AND FINISH THE PAPERWORK...WHEN WE ORIGINALLY WERE THERE WE DEALT WITH A LADY NAMED ANGELICA(Liar) WHEN WE RETURNED ONE OF THE OWNERS WHOSE NAME IS NICK WAS WHO HAD THE PAPERWORK FOR US TO SIGN...I WAS OUTSIDE LOOKING AT THE CAR AND WHEN I CAME BACK IN MY WIFE WAS ALREADY SIGNING THE PAPERWORK AND I TOLD HER SHE WAS SIGNING WITHOUT EVEN READING WHAT SHE WAS SIGNING...HE TOLD HER IT WAS JUST STANDARD PAPERWORK AND PROCEDURE...HE TRIED TO HURRY UP AND GET HER TO SIGN THE PAPERS SAYING THEY WERE’NT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TITLE AND TAGS THESE PEOPLE ARE STRAIGHT SCAM ARTIST AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE WHAT I’M SAYING GOOGLE M AND AUTO GROUP IN BEALTON VIRGINIA AND READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS...I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS CROOK TRIED TO PULL THAT MOVE..THESE PEOPLE (M and B AutoGroup) ARE SOME LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS AND SEVERAL MORE CHOICE WORDS THAT I WONT SAY ON HERE..PLEASE TAKE HEED TO MY WORDS DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AT M and B AUTO GROUP... Good people, really nice cars!. Angelica is the best. 2nd car i buy from them in less than a year. Highly recommend to everyone. will be back for more.
