Wheel lock key missing

Went for issue with wheel locks and they removed the locks and replaced with original lugs at no charge. Could not have been happier with the entire experience.

Thumbs up for Todd Thompson at Tom Bush Mini!

My wife and I just purchased a Mini 2 door hardtop SE and a Mini Countryman within one week of each other from Tom Bush Mini! Our sales associate Todd Thompson was awesome! He is genuinely excited about the Mini Cooper product line and he shows it in his relationships with his customers. Both visits we had at Tom Bush Mini were wonderful and the car buying experience was not a dreadful experience that we've had so often in the past at other dealerships. All the folks we dealt with at Tom Bush Mini on our purchase of the 2 vehicles were very professional and pleasant to work with. And, we really appreciate what we felt was a fair deal on our two trade-ins! All in all, a great experience!

Another $2,700 and broke down 10 miles later

We picked up the car today, after spending $2,500 2 weeks ago and another $2,700 2 days ago. My wife picked the car up and drove it for 10 miles before it broke down again. As I have posted before, this dealership is the only ones who have touched this car since we purchased it brand new. They have lots of excuses and no solutions. If you want a real guess then be prepared to pay for it over and over again. If it wasn't for the fact that my wife loves this lemon, I would have dumped since day one when we had tire issues or after the tail lights burnt out or after countless other problems with this particular car. Just check the service history, it should all be there...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Find somewhere else to go..Please

We have spent over $ 4,000 dollars in repairs over the last 6 months. We picked the car up 2 days ago after being gone for a week with no loaner, paid over $2,600 for repairs and the next day the check engine light came on again. The only thing they repaired correctly is the trunk latch, other than that, we gave had terrible experiences with their alleged mechanics. We are wondering what they will come up with this time. Note: unfortunately we have taken it there for repairs and services since we purchased brand new...so there are no other mechanics to blame for substandard yet costly work

Great Experience!

Theresa was fantastic. We came in for annual service and Theresa took care of everything. We were afforded a shuttle service and Dylan was terrific. I highly recommend Tom Bush Mini!

Treat every person who walks onto your lot with dignity. Apologize for your over-the-top assumptions. Cultural diversity and empathy training would hurt either. And, oh yeah, BLACK LIVES MATTER
