I was greeted before my appointment time and was speedily booked into the shop. My choices and key reading were explained and scheduled. I went off to the customer lounge and got a free coffee and bag of chips. I was updated later with a custom video from the service tech, detailing the needed service and time required to complete them. My service advisor came to the lounge and explained the benefits of each item. We together decided the needed repairs and scheduled them. Approximately one and a half hours later, my car was done. I was greeted with the bill. It was smaller than expected. My service advisor gave me a discount that was much appreciated. This was my second appointment with the service department and it went as well as the first. My service advisor was great, the service technician was great, in all a great experience.

Awesome. Kristie is just wonderful and so helpful. The service is quick and very professional, they send you a video of your car before and after the service and explain what’s needed and what was done.

Anytime I need to have my car serviced it is a pleasant experience. The customer focus is warming given it is hard to find these days. Kristie is a great service manager.

Tracy was so wonderful when we called just before they closed. Even though her department was closed And she couldn’t help me at but she gave me good advice and was so kind and sympathetic The service department was also wonderful. I loved the videos showiing the repairs that had been done.

Kristie and Dillan were a pleasure to work with, they were also honest about the service needed and provided tips on how to save. Will use this for future needs

High praise for the service dept! We were on our way home to VA, and had to stop for a repair. Not what you want on a vacation, but Tom Bush MINI was so helpful since we were 'travelers'. They looked at our car in less than 45 mins. Total repair time from drop off to pick up was only 2 1/2 hours! That allowed us to continue on our way home the same day.

Ordered a new Mini Cooper S and everyone at Tom Bush Mini kept me informed from production to delivery. Todd Thompson spent more than 2 hours explaining the myriad of features on the 2023 vehicle. While I know I will not remember everything I learned, Todd responds to my calls immediately.

Buying a new car. In addition to making sure that the car was 100% ready for pickup,Todd took all the time I needed to go through everything and introduced me to Parts and Service personnel. It was a great and easy process from start to finish.

I was unable to start my vehicle due to messing around with my key fob and then breaking it..... Kristy quickly took control of the situation- Ordered another which came 2 days before we should've got it- Talking me through how to proceed from there and in no time the vehicle was back up and running.
